I am in the process of going through all my stash to get reacquainted with what I own, doing some purging and reorganizing. I came across an old jar of UTEE. Does anyone still use this product? I keep a book of samples of techinques along with instructions and I noticed my UTEE samples have all yellowed over the past decade. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a newer product that gives the same effect without turning yellow over time?

I still use it, but not as often as I used to. I have it in a lot of different colours. My latest project was using it to "varnish" paper beads made with scrapbook paper.

I used to use it to make magnets in bottle caps - I'd make a tiny little art piece and then pour in the UTEE and melt it. I never used it any other way though, and I haven't used it since. The magnets still look OK, but they were imperfect to start with. It was a fun project, finding little metal pieces and buttons and beads and tiny word strips to make a little scene.
