I started WW in January and I have lost 25 lbs. The SP system really makes carbs and sugar BAD and it's tough someday soon to eat properly. But...it works and it can be done.

I started Feb. 1st, and as of yesterday, I have lost 15 lbs. My average loss is 1.9 lbs a week. I am really enjoying the new system. I only do it online and use the app. They just had an app update that made some changes I am not happy about but hopefully they will have another update soon. Otherwise, it's a great program.

Patter, glad to hear of your success. I know it has been a trying few months for you. OP, I have done WW on and off since 2001. I originally lost 40+ pounds and have kept it off save for pregnancy/post-partum. I am currently doing Smart Points as I wanted to lose 10 pounds (which I have done). I am currently working on the last [stubborn] 5 to get to my "I have a dream" weight. I love the new Smart Points program as I feel it steers you toward healthier foods. I am online only so I keep track in the app, but I also document everything I eat daily on Youtube to keep me accountable. Link to My Channell

I'm also doing WW Smart Points and I like it a lot. Yes, fats and sugars are going to knock the points values up significantly, but there's a lot to choose from. I am really enjoying the program. I'm down 12.2lbs since February. I don't lose quickly, but according to my tracker I'm averaging 1.5lbs/week. This includes eating out many times on the weekends and not doing a ton of exercise. I go to meetings because I know I need the accountability. I've enjoyed my group and my leader is great.

I'm doing it. I am down 17 pounds since February. I like the new points system because it keeps me away from easy foods (prepared) and really makes me aware of how much sugar is in some food.

I definitely do the online tracker and really like it. I can just pick up my phone and track as i eat when we are out, specifically. I love the way you learn as you go. you can see the points that you would 'spend' if you ate a larger portion, or a smaller portion.
also I have a personal coach that I talk to once a week (love her) , like the face to face meetings, and often use the 24/7 chat for any problems I can just type out to a live person (usually a leader)
lots of benefits to the tracker online. I also use my ipad, and the iphone and ipad sync up so I can check back with either.
