What would it be?
The asshole next door to us let's his dog shit in out yard. My dog shots in my yard and we clean it up. I am not a fan of having to clean his dog's poop up and he watches his big Ole dog do his business.
My other neighbor probably wishes that the damn wood on the side of our house would disappear. Luckily it will be gone on the next camping/hunting trip.

That our child molester/sexual batterer neighbor was in prison and not living right next door to us.

She spoke English because she seems nice, but I feel dumb even attempting to communicate. I actually haven't made an effort to get to know the rest of them and kind of like it that way. ETA: Neighbors who no longer feel like being pet owners and let their cats roam free. We fixed our fence this weekend so there were zero gaps at the bottom. Sometimes vinyl fences can raise a bit after installation.

That they would either get rid of the dog, teach it not to bark, or keep it inside. Anything that would eliminate the constant, all day barking.

My immediate neighbours are awesome so no complaints there but two houses over is a woman who lets her little dogs out into the backyard to bark ... they don't bother us but are the talk of the cul-de-sac because of it Dog owners need to be responsible

I have a neighbor that owns a floor restoration business, and he parks his ugly ass van on the street in front of my house multiple nights a week. It's a hideous, rusty van, and it grates on my last freaking nerve to see it out there. He and his family are wonderful neighbor's otherwise, so I keep my mouth shut.
We're planning on selling in the next year or do, and a conversation will be had about that damn van before we list.

We just parked our truck so that there isn't room in front or back of it to park. There are two empty lots on his other side, so he could park in front of his house or further down, but he parks in front of ours. It's a free street, but it does irk me. (Although it only started to irk me when I saw him let his dog shit in my yard)

That they would not by my in-laws. At first ok, but now we are the 411. We get calls to see if they are home and expected to know where if not. We get to mow, remove snow, fix TV, unclog tile. There are other kids to help, but one is crazy, one is lazy and the other lives 12 hours away.

I wish my neighbor would respect boundaries. The chain-link fence goes all around my entire back yard - he does not have a fence, yet he hangs clothes on my fence to dry (it is against city ordinances to hang things on your fence). If both of his trash cans are full, he will "borrow" my 2nd trash can (I'm a recycler and hardly have any trash) - he brings it back after trash day but geez, it isn't his for the taking.
His kids throw balls in my back yard - I told the kids, it was fine to go into my yard (through the gate not climb the fence) to get anything that accidentally goes into the backyard - it's okay - it happens. They don't though - so when I rake or mow, I have balls and Frisbees to contend with. One day I came home and the kids were on my patio drawing chalk drawings on it. I wouldn't mind if they had asked but I wasn't even home. Another day, I came home early from work and the neighbor's truck was parked in my driveway - he claimed he was working on his car and needed his full driveway for that so he parked his truck in my driveway to get it out of the way - only problem with that is we are allowed to park on the street in front of our house - why didn't he park it there instead of my driveway?
Again - these are things I wouldn't normally mind - if he just ASKED first.

Neighbors on both sides and behind us are retired so they have 24 hours a day to work on their perfect lawns. I bet they wish we took better care of our yard.
Neighbors on one side raise barky scary looking dogs. I wish they would put in a taller fence but I suppose I'm the one that is supposed to pay for that and find someone to install it.

We have great immediate neighbors, plus I think the fact we have 2 acre zoning is helpful, because if anyone has noxious habits, there's enough of a buffer, with the exception of a neighbor two houses down. He likes to burn stuff that shouldn't be burned, and that permeates the air with chemical-y, toxic fumes.

For now, we just deal since it is generally only out there at night. I hate it though. We got REALLY lucky when we moved here... All of our neighbor's are awesome! It's just the van...

My neighbors are pretty great. I'm going to miss this neighborhood. But if I had to pick, I wish the neighbor that works for Lays and bring boxes of snack bags over to us for free would bring a variety pack instead of just the chips.

Ours are great neighbors for the most part. We had one that would leave their dog outside and the poor thing would go on hour long barking spells during the day when they were at work. But, the dog is getting pretty old and they keep him inside now.

I just don't understand eight hours of alternating between a mower and a leaf blower four days a week (from only one neighbor)

In a baggie the FIRST time. No baggie after that.

I just don't understand eight hours of alternating between a mower and a leaf blower four days a week (from only one neighbor) A few days after I tried to make our yard look better, a neighbor weeded our side of his bushes. You know those pesky weeds that were my new plants... I'm afraid to plant anything along that side of my our property (along the edge of the driveway) anymore.

You know those pesky weeds that were my new plants... My sister and her husband bought a house that was either short sale or a foreclosure. Within the first week, the next door neighbor was doing yard work in their front yard. Didn't ask permission, he had to do it because it was too terrible for him to see. I saw it, and it was nothing more than a bit of mowing and weeding that needed done. He HATES it is anyone parks in front of his house on a public street. Guess where I park, when I visit?

Our only complaint is the teenagers that live in the house at the end of the cul de sac. They drive way to fast down our street and I always worry about the family across the street that have kids outside playing. Plus they own the "fast and furious" type cars so they have loud mufflers that wake up my dog from a dead sleep.

Hmmmm, even the neighbor that wanders around his front yard without his shirt on isn't that bad so I can't think of anything. We try not to be the annoying neighbors, but I guess we are. Dh used to have the best lawn but now another neighbor has the best lawn and we are second best But we do have too many cars, 3 plus the RV. Luckily everyone on our street also parks on the street so we might be good there. Someone's cat does keep pooping in our front yard. That is kind of annoying but I have no idea what cat it is

Only one of our neighbors is annoying. They are basically trash. They have many vehicles in their driveway. They are ever changing vehicles. They honk at midnight to pick someone up. It's the only house on our block that is a rental, and it shows.

I just don't understand eight hours of alternating between a mower and a leaf blower four days a week (from only one neighbor) I think you live next to my old neighbor from the last house we lived in. He would get his leaf blower out in the winter if the snow started to melt and blow leaves from the melted patches. He would also use his leaf blower to blow the street clean and blow the rocks into another neighbors yard. I heard that caused a huge row.

I understand that all dogs bark but come on.......for hours and hours. And at all hours of the day and night. They have teens and when they are off and parents are asleep at night, they leave the dog out forever. My dog doesn't bark much so it really kills me that I have to listen to this big mouth. They are generally good neighbors otherwise.

I gave her a metal flamingo! It's probably close to four feet. It's actually kind of cool looking. I told her to spray paint it with pink metallic glitter so she could tacky it up.

Mine blows all his leaves through the fence into our yard. When I know he's not home, I put them back in his yard. He also uses his snow blower to clear his entire backyard for his tiny lap dog to do his business.

we have great neighbours - probably helped by the fact we have 4 acres (2 of which are wooded) and the back neighbours have 13 and the front neighbours about the same so we can't see each other's houses from our own house.
The side neighbours have acreage too with loads of junk cars on their lot (they don't live there - no one does) but there are tress along that property line so no biggie. The biggest issue there is people are always asking for their contact info about the cars (we don't have it and wouldn't hand it out if we did)
The fourth side is part of the acreage from the back and front neighbours so no neighbours there at all.
We see our neighbours in passing at the school bus stop and we're on 'hi, how you doing?' basis
