What's the oldest product you have used lately? I made a layout today with some MME paper from 2007. Love it as much today as I did when I bought it. It's that great heavy cardstock weight pp with a really faint texture to it. Love it! I also made a layout last week with some of the Making Memories alphabet rub-ons. The date on those was 2004. They still went on smooth as butter. I should break them out more often.
I love to use up some of my older stuff. I'm pretty good at purging and getting rid of things I don't think I will use, but I get weirdly excited to use something really old. Do you like pulling out your old stuff or are you all about the new and shiny?

The last time I scrapped, I used some Noteworthy journaling spots from Making Memories. They have to be at least 10 years old.

I dabbled in some traditional scrapping in 2005ish. I have moved houses about 10 times since then and each time brought along some old papers. I just recently used some of the vellum! I felt so thrifty! So much of that paper is so not my style, though. And now I do PL so I don't have much use for 12x12.
I also had an entire collection of decorative scissors (jagged edge, scalloped edge, etc, probably 15 of them!) that I just today gifted to a coworker for his kids to use on their arts and crafts. I told him I wanted to see projects!

Nothing quite as old as some of you! I tend to keep themed papers and elements filed by theme rather than by manufacturer. Gave away a lot of my older stuff when I renovated the scraproom. But have been using stuff I am pretty sure is at least 2 or 3 years old, just based on from whom I bought it.

I used eyelets the other day! I had these snowflake ones in my stash from who knows when, but they actually worked perfect for a PL spread that I was working on. Yay me!

I used a little metal embellishment for a March challenge that had to be at least 5 years old, maybe more.
I know I used some old Cosmo Cricket papers recently, too.

Hooray for the oldies but goodies- stash stuff, I mean.
I stockpiled those MM rub-ons and I love them (except for a couple of packs of scripty-font ones in silver, those were awful). I recently bought up a whole bunch more from someone who needed to earn a bit of money and I am so pleased to have them. All of the odd leftovers end up on mixed media layouts; even when I want them to look edgy they still go on like butter and I have to then muss them up.
To answer the actual question, the oldest thing I have used is a no-name brand wood-mounted crackle stamp. I have several similar, newer, more "fashionable" crackle designs from big-name manus but the old grungy one just works so well.

I used Chatterbox papers for the last couple of layouts I made about my son. Great masculine colors.

I used a patterned paper from 2000 in a recent layout. I was pretty proud of that.

I have a lot of really old stuff in my stash. I recently pulled out an old CM sticker of a pie to use on a Sweeney Todd layout. At least it's not as old as my Mrs. Grossman's stickers. I still have some Rusty Pickle and Wild Asparagus. Brings back memories of my LSS and their beautiful paper displays.

I've been using a lot of older items lately so it's hard to say for sure, but maybe some quote stickers I got in 2006.

I still have some Rusty Pickle and Wild Asparagus Oh, Wild Asparagus. I loved them so much. The texture of their papers was beautiful. I've been mostly using newer supplies lately but I did pull out some Lily Bee papers to use as the background for the lo that I'm currently working on.

Haven't used it yet, but preplanned a bunch of pages using some older stuff from my stash, including paper from Wild Asparagus & Chatterbox and some Stickopotomus & Mambi stickers.
I did actually just make a title w/some Making Memories letter stickers. Have no idea how old they are, but on the bottom it gives the company's info and there's no web address, lol. A fax number, but no website. How old does that have to be?

(I still have a bunch of those too, the Little Letters and also the bigger ones that had the clear printed overlay stickers for titles!)

Mrs. Grossman design line stickers -- I do not have a clue how old they are, but they are OLD! But they were also perfect, no fuss, no muss for a perfect little touch of gold!

All early Basic Grey (Sophie and Dawson) plus four different Christmas collections (Fruitcake, Dasher, Figgy Pudding and Wassail). So achingly pretty, I'll be crying when I'm down to my last few pieces! At least I like how my pages turned out using them!

I just got a couple of my old scrapbooking cabinets out of storage after many years. I had to move quickly back then so they were packed away with full drawers and opening them today was like unearthing a time capsule! One of the drawers was full of Making memories and Scrapworks rub-ons. I didn't think they'd be good after all these years, but now I'll have to give them a try.

I unpacked a bunch of my scrapping stuff last year and some of it hadn't seen the light of day in a decade. It was exactly like opening a time capsule some of that stuff was so old, and many of the companies are now out of business so it was kind of bittersweet too.

I used up the last of my Heidi Swapp ghost snowflakes on a page tonight. I bought them for a trip I took in 2008 so although they're not as old as some of the treasures on this thread I'm still glad to see them on a project and out of my stash.
