Hello NYC peas, i am finally on my dream trip with my DD. Today we are headed to Battery Park area. I thought I'd ask you for a good restaurant recommendation.

Not a restaurant, but a nice food court called Hudson Eats. If you're in the vicinity of the 911 Memorial, it's easy to find. I'd almost call it a higher end food court. Lots of great choices.

Shake Shack is casual and kind of iconic for NYC, and I always like PJ Clarke's for burgers, grilled cheese, tomato soup, etc. Harry's Italian is a step up, with great pizzas. Enjoy!

If you haven't had really good NYC bagels yet, go to Long Island Bagel Cafe, across from Pace University - just down the block from the 9/11 memorial. Freaking amazing bagels - and I have super high bagel standards.

I also like Hudson Eats inside Brookfield shopping mall. Huge variety of upscale food court vendors. My company has offices inside the same building, so I eat there a few times each year. The Unami Burgers are amazing. Way better than Shake Shack.
