More validation that I am doing just fine.

I posted a few weeks ago that a mutual friend of ours saw me and said that they've never seen me look so good...and look so happy.  (and we've known them for probably 10 yrs...and this person is probably more in the STBXH friend camp than mine)  

I had a doctor's appointment on Friday.  Nothing major.  Just a check up, discuss medications etc.  

I've lost 30 lbs since September (my last visit to the doctor was in October)  

I asked her to check my file and tell me how long it's been since I've been at this point on the scale...and it's been since January, 2008.  I've been heavier than I am now for the last 8+ freaking years.  

Got my routine blood work back...once again...MORE confirmation that I am in such a good place.  

I feel like I'm shedding all of the dead weight from my life with him and from my marriage.  

I now also have a real move-out date...so that horizon and start of my new life is actually on the calendar now.  

So excited.  (and with every day of dealing with his bad attitude and tantrums, has me thanking God that I no longer have to deal with his stupid ass any longer)
