There seemed to be more than a terrible tragedy of forgetting your child was in the car.

Thanks - I saw that in the Atlanta paper but had forgotten about it.
If you do Periscope, follow Vinnie Politan on Twitter. He is a former attorney, now reporter on the local news in Atlanta and every Thursday at 5 pm, he is live on Periscope and will be talking about the case and taking questions.

Such a waste of a sweet child. I believe it was planned out by the dad and the mom had knowledge of it. I wonder how the court will find 12 impartial jurors in Cobb Co?

I haven't heard everything in the podcast, so I apologize if I'm repeating something...local radio reported that the pool of potential jurors is 5,000. I'm surprised his attorneys didn't ask for change of venue.

I read a few articles about this case. They didn't mention the wife's knowledge. Why do some feel that she knew?

Every time they show his face on the news I want to punch the TV. He just looks so smug. I agree that it's going to be really hard to seat a jury.

I've never heard of the case and hope I can stomach it. Things with kids hit me really hard. But I'm downloading the first 3 episodes and will give it a try. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm listening and don't think it is a slam dunk for the prosecution. Sure, he is an ass, but in this early stage I am not convince it was planned or purposeful. Definitely a tragedy.

I haven't been following the case closely, but yesterday I heard that prior to his son's death he was doing research on his computer about hot car deaths. If true, that sounds bad for the defense.

He was also researching "living a childless life". The scum wad was sexting with an underage girl while he son was dying in the parking lot. I have no doubt that he planned it and I have suspicions about how much his wife knew. That precious little boy deserved so much more.
