You can always mix it with a jar of marshmallow cream and make fruit dip. It's yummy!

no problem hijacking my thread! I love that everyone gets good recipes to try, not just me and not just the kind I was looking for. I will probably make the cookies this time but now I want to buy more cream cheese to try the others. lol. I have 8 oz and the cookies call for 3 so I'll probably get some plain laughing cow wedges to make up the extra 1 and triple the recipe.
