Predestination. This one popped up on a list of "best movies in 2015 that no-one saw" I've been meaning to track it down, but haven't yet...this thread just reminded me of it.

13 going on 30. Enchanted.
I know you said nothing really science fiction-ish but you had Kate and Leopold on your list so I suggested enchanted. Have you watched the Once Upon A Time TV series? It is all on Netflix.

I love time travel stories too, both movies and books. And while it's not a movie, Outlander (books and the series on Starz) is fantastic. Even my DH has gotten into it. (Although he couldn't watch the last two episodes of the first season.)

I've got it: The Time Machine with Guy Pearce. Maybe that's the one you forgot. Debbie in MD. The original, with Rod Taylor, is also very good.

"Frequency" is one of my favourite movies - I can't remember much about it (sorry), cause I haven't seen it for years, but I loved it! It's from about 2000 or 2001, and involves a murder mystery and a father/son relationship. Ummmm, I wanna say Dennis Quaid... maybe. :-) Yes.. this is one of my favorites... Dennis Quaid, yes.. and the son... he is famous.. James C... something.. LOL... but yeah I love it.

I love this one too, and yes it was Dennis Quaid, as the OP already confirmed. I was going to mention this but wasn't sure if this qualified as time travel since people aren't actually time travelling--just a voice on a ham radio. But they do interact across time, so I can see where it would make the cute. Great movie though.

The son is played by Jim Caviezel. Somewhere in Time is another favorite.

Last I looked, Sliders was available to stream on Netflix. It's a fun show.
I love time travel movies too, but I love them even when they get sci fi.

Old made for TV movie:
The TimeStalkers. Starring Wiiliam Devane.
(I adore William Devane, so I might not be very objective. lol )
Oh. And add "Pleasantville". I like that one too.

Besides those mentioned in the OP:
Frequency Premonition Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me Late for Dinner (love it) .........(not time travel exactly-similar to Forever Young...2 brothers are asleep for 30 yrs) About Time (love this movie!) Midnight in Paris (love this one too)
PS: never realized that Rachael McAdams was in so many time traveling movies - she was in the last 2 I mentioned plus The Time Traveler's Wife. Plus, she was in the Notebook, which isn't time travel but takes place in the past (goes from present to past)

Not necessarily time travel but the concept of split realities--Sliding Doors. One of my favorites. Thought about mentioning that movie but wasn't sure if it fits. I really like that movie!

Something a bit strange but really interesting is Donny Darko. It references time travel but really deals with split realities. Great soundtrack.

Okay, there's one I watched recently and it was just okay, not great but I can't remember the title or who was in it and it's driving me crazy. It begins by being in the near future and Time Travel is now and option and you can sign up to go on these hunting safaris to go in the past and hunt dinosaurs but you can't step off this specific path that looks one of those moving pathways you see in airports nowadays-you know the ones I mean. A group of hunters are shooting at a dinosaur and someone one of them steps on butterfly and brings it back through the Time Machine (big no-no) and all of a sudden you're in the future of what this means as everything has changed because of this one change. All of what we know has changed. Our cities have fallen into ruin and the animals have mutated into these vicious beings that chase people and hunt them down. It's not like lions and tigers chasing people because they've mutated into such gross, nasty looking things that are much bigger and more dangerous. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I remember the buildings in the city being covered with plants and vines, just being completely taken over by plant life. That's all I can remember. Debbie in MD. I had to go see if i could find that one. I knew it sounded familiar. It's called A Sound of Thunder. Thank you! I hate it when I can't remember things. Yep, that's it. "Sound of Thunder" with Edward Burns and Ben Kingsley made in 2005. I'm sure I was scrolling through the channels one night, it came on and when I looked at the description of the movie as soon as I saw "time travel" I thought I'd give it a try. It was okay, not terrific, just okay. Thanks so much Scrapsotime. I never would have figured it out. Debbie in MD.

Love all these. Also The Family Man, with Nicholas Cage is excellent. Oh yeah...that is a good one as well.. I totally forgot about that. Is it really time travel though (I mean it's great for this thread by all means) but is it just 'what if' would happen.... ??

Has anyone watched the Collin Farrell movie, Winters Tale? I thought it was about time travel and I remember the previews looked like my kind of movie. I guess if it's not great, I can always just mute it and drool. Ha!

What about that Adam Sandler movie - "Click"? A bit too long, but very enjoyable - he uses a magic remote control to control his life (not really time travel, but he ends up seeing the future).
I also loved " The Butterfly Effect " and "Pleasantville", as others have mentioned.

Another Sci-fi time travel movie was Trancers. It was kind of dumb but interesting all the same. Detective travelling back in time to try to save the governing council of Los Angeles of the future.

The Two Worlds of Jenny Logan is a great time travel movie if you can find it.
