I have been toying with buying a few (probably 3) tutorials from Paper Phenomenon. In addition I wanted to purchase the new Remix option she has. The owner gives you the option of just a tutorial or a tutorial/video for the project. I know that I would prefer the addition of the video but it starts to really add up. I also noticed a 12 month classroom option to have access for all of the videos. Are these the same videos that are sold with the tutorials? What is this classroom access like? In addtion, are the basic gray magnets the same she sells in her shop?
PP is having a 50% off sale this weekend and my pocketbook says it is this weekend or never. What is your advice and recommendations?

Thank you for posting. I have wanted one of her tutorials for a long time. I will be buying it tomorrow. Yeah!! You might want to search the forum, I did see someone post reviews for her tutorials.

I've admired kathy Orta for a long time - I have purchased a number of her tutorials - not with the video - but since she started doing "Box" I just don't feel the same about them. It feels like if her site disappears, I'll lose my access -- this is just my fumbling feeling, I don't have any knowledge about how her site works with Box but it doesn't look like I actually have the tutorial I paid for in my "possession"
But - I think she is amazing and I would really love to have the opportunity to sit and see how she creates - I think her brain must work differently. She used to have a free Friday night broadcast and a Wednesday (I think) afternoon broadcast - I saw some ... they seem a bit silly and clique-y, but that is where I saw one of my favorite projects from her - the Christmas Lap Album. Again -- she is just brilliant to see the inter-relationships she can make with paper!
On the whole - I've pretty much given her up -- while I love to make minis I just don't use them, then the Box issue makes me uncomfortable, and ... well ... she used to be very open and generous then it seemed that everything started becoming about the "sell". I just wandered off and haven't checked her site in several months
