Ok so I was the one who posted the date needed to be changed because its mothers day weekend etc.
WELL I got a reprieve and I do not have plans with my mother on Saturday (she delayed it a week) and my DH will be working so I will be sitting at my coffee table doing something with my supplies..WOO HOO
What are you plans?

Not sure how much actual scrapping I will be doing, but I will be posting in the Tell Your Story thread and doing links to all the challenges here and on other sites. Hope whatever you create, you can share it with us, or at least join in the conversation.

Cleaning my house, baking a birthday cake, wrapping presents, and taking my middle child out to dinner to celebrate her 16th birthday. I'll take some photos that I can scrap later but I doubt I'll get much actual scrap time if any

scrappington, so glad you'll get a chance to play. Are you going to any sites? I'm hoping to check out scrapbook.com's site today sometime and tomorrow I hope to particpate at Get It Scrapped. We'll see what happens.

My best friend and I are getting together for the day to scrap. I've made a little Bingo card for us to play throughout the day. My boyfriend went to Michaels and bought us some prizes that he will wrap for us as we play. So, scrappy fun time, Bingo and prizes!! Gonna be a super fun day!!!

I'll make sure DH takes the kids to see the new Captain America movie. I'm also going to suggest that he take them to lunch or dinner or froyo at the very least so I can have more time to scrap and enjoy the silence.

I have to make 4 cards. I think I will start with an art journal page though. Cause I'm always needing to do something for not my need.
Don't get me wrong I like making cards. But its always oh I need a card for so and so..so 2 mothers day card (one of those mothers bday is Monday. and a little girls bday card for following weekend.
Mothers day cards I have planned they will be the same. Little girls bday card planned its easy.
I don't know if I will really want to be on sites or not, distraction and all.
I would like to get to my LSS as they have a coupon and I need glossy accents (another post of mine re mine yellowed)
I have a few pvr'd shows to watch so looking forward to that.
I hope everyone who gets to play has some fun.

I plan to watch Adele's scrap stream tonight (starts 5pm my time zone) and then tomorrow, I plan to try taking part in some challenges on A Cherry On Top like I do most years and/or work on my 2015 December Daily (I got in just under the wire...the last of the pictures I need are out for delivery today). HOWEVER, my 3 year old woke up sick and no matter how much (usually most) of the cleaning my husband does because I just can't handle vomit, I usually catch whatever the cold is next followed by 1 or both of my other kids shortly thereafter. Here's hoping it was a mild stomach bug and that he's not going to share...he seems to be doing better right now, but he also hasn't been fed so we'll see how things go when we start trying to get something into his system later on today (saltines and water). Hubby spent all morning cleaning up after him and I ended up out of bed earlier than usual because he threw up again...so my morning started by steam cleaning vomit...fun stuff.

DH and I will be attending our son's college graduation tomorrow! Woohoo, another college graduate (and another nurse) in the home! No scrapping tomorrow, but certainly more pictures to scrap in the future!

I am trying to decide what I want to do. I have a crop I can go to but it's an hour away and then I need to make food to share. I need to figure out what I am going to do and pack if I'm going.
Today I started working on some layouts I started the last time I went. I was following directions and what a mess they were. I know why I gave up at the crop. It took a lot of concentrating to get it right. I just need to decide on the base pages and a few mats then print up some pictures and figure out titles and journalling. I am hoping to finish the basics on these today. I'm not feeling too creative so I need to watch some scrappy videos to get me in the mood.

I think we have plans for tomorrow (some surprise my BF is planning... which is really surprising in and of itself because he doesn't do things like that, lol!)
Sunday I want to spend the entire day (besides doing laundry) finishing up organizing my craft room and completing some SB layouts, since I have so many layouts either partly or mostly finished.
A few days ago I got the idea in my head to rip apart the entire closet and one of the bookcases in my craft room!! My craft room was set up with all random storage pieces: a plastic 3-drawer cart that I've had for about 15 years, a couple plastic shelves that came from our garage, a circa 1975 rolling bar cart I got at an estate sale, etc. I'd really like to make my space much more functional and efficient. A lot of stuff stored in the closet I hadn't used for years, and probably never would use, ever. So I started purging; I'm trying to do it quickly enough to not think "oh, I should save this" or "this cost $XX dollars; maybe I should keep it because I paid that for it" but I will admit, it's been tough sometimes.
So far I've gotten rid of: 1) one large black trash bag of trash 2) three boxes of stuff that's going to Goodwill and 3) three boxes of stuff that will hopefully be traded in at the used book store for credit.

I'll be hosting my DD's birthday party for eight kids at a local bounce house place. Which means I'll be finishing decorating the cupcakes in the morning, packing the goodie bags for the kids and getting everything loaded up in the car. At least it's not going to be here at the house, otherwise I'd be stuck cooking too!

Those of you with scrappy plans, they sound wonderful! Even though my kids are away at college, once again, May is just too busy for me to take a day off to play. We're going back east for DS's college graduation next week, so I'll be packing and wrapping up work projects.
I am working on Mothers Day, graduation, and birthday cards, so I'll take a little time tomorrow for that. Also, I just received my Zulilly order with a Websters travelers journal, so I'm getting supplies bundled to take with me. We're taking a road trip, so I'm going to try to journal as we go.
