What's the easiest way? We have photos of my husbands work on a mac, pc and tablet and need them all in one place so he can use them as examples to show clients. Prefer not something that requires Internet access but if it's easier that way we can. Thanks!

just spent over an hour just trying to organize my pics on shutterfly...its frustrating isn't it. I have NO advice.

To avoid internet access you would have to download them to the specific device while you still had internet access. Not very efficient if you ask me, and hard to keep organized.
How does he shoot the photos? Phone or digital camera?

A portable external hard drive? They make them palm sized.

I use dropbox but it needs internet. Without internet you would need a hard drive

Dropbox or Flickr. Even if you decide to keep them on an EHD you should have some cloud or offsite backup somewhere.

Definitely an external drive but personally I would have two in case one fails. :-)
