Thanks for the heads up! The link goes back to this post, hopefully this one works. Wow I had to try adding it 3 different times! None of them jumped out to me, so I think I will be safe and go for one of the thrillers.

It looks like all of the Kindle First June books won't be available until July 1. That seems odd..

It looks like all of the Kindle First June books won't be available until July 1. That seems odd.. Kindle First lets you buy them for $1.99 now ... But if you wait until July 1 and have Kindle Unlimited you can read them free then. At least that's how I'm understanding it.

As I mentioned, I picked up the one by the woman who wrote "Like Water for Chocolate." I had no problem buying it for $1.99 - since DH is the prime "owner" I have to pay. If you are a prime member, it is free.

I just got one of the books, and it was free (and no, I don't have Kindle Unlimited.) It is already on my Kindle.
But even though I literally just got it, I don't remember the name of it. It's the one about a woman and the OK Corral.
Alrighty, i went back and looked up the name of the book. It is The Last Woman Standing. And it said "Free for Kindle First Members."
