Alas, I am never at a Starbucks after 3pm. But they do look and sound great.

I am rarely there after 3 also. BUT, I may have to make an effort to try.

Hell yes. The granitas all look yummy. And the Strawberry vanilla scone trifle does too.

I am also not one that frequents Starbucks in the late afternoon. I guess they are looking to draw in an afternoon customer base.
The trifles look really dry.....

Hadn't heard of them, but as a child "granita di cafe con panna" was my favorite. The best could only be had at the Sicilian bakery in Milan. I will be trying the coffee granita minus the caramel drizzle.

For me, a trifle requires a yummy custard with a hint of Sherry.

Probably not, but I can't wait to hear some reviews. I get my standard hot white mocha and never stray from that.

They look tasty, but most of the time, Starbucks is a morning/early afternoon destination for me, while I'm out running errands. So I am more focused on coffee and tea.

If they actually have them available here, I'm definitely trying them. I am an "Any time of day" Starbucks fan.

I will have to try either the White Tea Granita or the Limeade Granita. Those look good for a hot afternoon. Will be passing on the trifles though since I am not a fan of any kind of trifle.

At least they didn't follow Rachel from Friends recipe, although Joey did like that one. "Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good!"

My coworker got a strawberry trifle today. It's crumbled up vanilla bean scones with strawberry sauce (which I think is with same syrup they use for strawberries and cream frapps) and whipped cream. Meh. I do like the vanilla bean scones, but I'll just take one for 95 cents. Oh, that trifle? Goes in the MINI frappucino cup.

I tried yesterday the White Tea Granita - good, i would have it again. Today, I tried the carmel espresso one - nah, I would stick with iced coffee.

I think the glaze is the secret-- it keeps the scone just moist enough that you can eat it by itself even if you don't have coffee. All other scones I have to take a bite and then add a sip of drink because the scone is just so dry.

I have $20 in gift cards that have been in my purse for almost two years. Maybe I should try them to get rid of them.

Or a Peach Green Tea Lemonade. My fave! Or a Chai Frappuccino (sooo good!) I had one of those on my birthday (free drink, test something new out) and I wasn't too impressed. It seemed to be lacking flavor. I had high hopes too!

DH brought me the strawberry lemonade one. It's good, but very sweet. He got me a grande and I couldn't finish it. A tall would be plenty, especially because it's so sugary. I would like to try the white tea one.

I'm making plans to stop there tomorrow to get the strawberry lemon limeade granita and the strawberry shortcake trifle. They both sound so good.

Ok, tried the coffee granita. It is like a watered down frappucino. Bummer, I was sooo excited to try it.

I have tried the white tea and the strawberry. The white tea has a very perfumey/floral aftertaste I didn't like. The strawberry is fresh and nice but like others have said quite sweet.
