I usually only eat once a day (dinner) but on the rare occasions I do eat lunch I try to do something like lunch meat slices with pickle or salads.

I usually cook up some steam in the bag veggies and eat them with quinoa or couscous. In the summertime, it becomes salad with quinoa. I make up a big batch of quinoa on Sunday or Monday so daily prep is minimal.

Leftovers, sandwiches, soup or salad, quesadilla ... sometimes eggs. A lot depends on if/when I had breakfast. Sometimes I have a good-sized brunch and skip lunch. Trouble is, then I'm starving at 4:00.

I used to do just that. Dh always makes his own lunch when he's home. It's usually leftovers from dinner the night before.

I do. I prefer to eat a bigger lunch than dinner so I am inclined to make something I want to eat. I don't make extras for the dinner crew as thye don't like the same things i like. Not everyday but I do eat lunch of some sort at home nearly everyday and I love jelly and butter sandwiches so.... I do not eat any frozen meals, just don't care for them and especially don't like the nutritional value or lack of. Honestly, I have stopped makin gdinner everynight and everyone who lives here is big enought to make something for themselves on those nights. Big confession - today I actually got in my car and treated myself and my son who was home to Chick-fi-la. Key word is treat.

If I'm home yes. DD and DH will be out so I'll have something like crackers and cheese, cheese on toast (grilled cheese), a sandwich, soup, salad, omelette.
If I don't have lunch I'll be picking and nibbling cookies etc all afternoon.

I'm not home alone at lunch often, but when j am, I make the same type things I would normally bring to work for lunch. It is usually a wrap, salad, or leftovers.

I grab whatever I can find in the fridge, usually leftovers of some sort. I don't set a place or have a tray with a cloth on it though. I usually eat while catching up on the news, in the telly room.

I am usually home for lunch, and by myself on weekdays. Lunch varies - sometimes leftovers, sometimes a sandwich, sometimes I'll cook myself eggs or pasta. Today I was shopping on the way home from work, and I passed a Sushi place, so I bought a tray, as I knew there wasn't much in the fridge. Weekends are different. We usually pick up a couple of bread rolls while we do the big weekly shop, and either have them filled or with soup. Sundays, lunch is our 'big meal' as my knitting group meets Sunday evenings, so I grab a snack there and DH makes do with leftovers or a frozen pizza.

I try to have some leftovers available for lunch, but DH makes sure that his lunch comes first. I do stock some frozen appetizers that I may eat for lunch, or some sandwich items handy. This morning, I made a cheese spread for today's sandwich. I also sometimes fix quesadillas or an omelet. I need three meals a day.

I'm only home on a weekend, but yes, I make lunch for myself. Dh and kids have to fend for themselves. I usually make myself a cup of soup and maybe a cheese quesadilla.

I usually have a sandwich and/or salad. I'd like to get better at eating more at lunch, though. I think it would help with that starved feeling I get when it's time to prepare dinner. Normally my guys take the left-overs to work/school, so that's rarely an option for me unless i pruposely make extra for dinner.

I usually will have something to eat around lunch time - if there are left overs I'll eat those, or maybe just some toast and yogurt.
