Are you ready to give up due process? For yourself? Which right are you willing to give up and have to petition the government to get it back? This is clearly unconstitutional.

I'm surprised that you don't think it's important that your rights could be taken away without due process. This is very important. It blows my mind that you don't even care.

The Representative clearly demonstrates his fundamental lack of understanding of the Terror Watch List, what it is, and what it does. He doesn't have a clue as to how people do their best to provide for national security. It is a watch list, not a criminal charge.

there is no right to fly. there is no right to be ignored if you are dabbling with the terrorists. there is actually no right to privacy, unless you are in CA (I don't know about other states' constitutions)

I can pretty much promise you, if Trey Gowdy is saying it, I disagree with it.
(But on a completely different note, I saw Trey Gowdy on an old Forensic Files last week and laughed. I didn't mind him there -- he used to be a DA. In Congress, totally different story.)
