Maybe with brown butter and some grilled asparagus. I was also going to say serve it with a brown butter sauce

Hmm...interesting! I just Googled and the first two recipes say to toss with just a simple sauce of melted butter or brown butter with addition of some walnuts and/or some extra Gorgonzola. Sounds yummy!

Brown butter was my first thought but.....
You could pan fry them or dip them in a bit of beaten egg, then seasoned bread crumbs, and then pan fry for a toasty version!
We often do pear/Gorgonzola combination things for appetizers.
You could also lightly pan fry and serve just a few atop of a salad of mixed greens tossed with a light vinaigrette or balsamic with toasted walnuts.

I have a few bags of pear and gorgonzola frozen ravioli. How do I serve this? You serve this on a platter...to me! These sound like little pillows of heaven.

I would toss with olive oil and add pine nuts. Serve with salad.

We don't have an Aldi's here..wahh...
Enjoy, and tell us how you liked it!
I love butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sage sauce on top. Yum! Fabio from Food Network has a restaurant near me and I took one of his cooking classes. He's such a blast, he made that for us.

I would serve them with some wilted spinach and brown butter and a sprinkle of parm.
Or over a bed of arugula. With maybe a lite vinegerette
