Thought I'd make a poll asking what your favorite embellishment is. And yes you have to pick just one, for the sake of this poll.

I voted enamel dots because they are just so versatile. I've been using them on every layout lately.

What a mean poll...lol Making us choose a favourite?! That is like trying to choose a favourite child!
I chose chipboard because I love printed chipboard bits and pieces, especially if they have foiling or glitter accents. Back in the day before chipboard was so commonplace I used to adhere stickers to layers of heavy card and fussy cut them to add dimension to my layouts. Essentially make my own chipboard, but it took ages to do complex shapes!
I could just have easily chosen enamel dots(or enamel dots and shapes even better!); sequins; stickers (puffy stickers!!!!!!!!!); mist; washi or die cuts because I almost always use these on my layouts.
I still like flair and wood veneer from time to time.
I don't often use ribbon anymore or twine or metal. I have started using buttons again occiasionally. I went througha very heavy button phase at one point but I think buttons are coming back in again.

I can't choose ONE - just one - surely you meant to have said vote for as many as you like......

Enamel dots and ephemera/die cuts. But since you said pick one, it's enamel dots. Why? Because I always loved the effect of bling but never actually liked the look of it (that's probably why I'm not on sequins, either...but I struggle with them less than rhinestones), partially because I was a boy mom and they looked girly...even cheap. Enamel dots were the perfect neutral...after getting my first few packages for a buck from a shop at CKC the one year it came here, I was freaking hooked.

Enamel dots were the perfect neutral... I love enamel dots for my boy pages. And for my tomboy girl pages. Well, for all the pages, LOL. Seriously, though. They do just add that certain bit of something without being overly feminine.

I picked other because my favourite is photo turns or photo anchors. I'm hoping they will eventually come back into style cause my stockpile is running low!
I do love arrows because the work on every page and I've just got some Nuvo Crystal Drops and am loving being able to put my own sized enamel dots on pages.

I pictured myself in a SB store with $5. What would I buy? Die cut package, of course Actually...I *might* buy thickers, but that wasn't an option on the poll! Enamel dots was the close 2nd.

What a hard choice! I finally picked die cuts because I use them most often. But I would have picked enamel dots if you had allowed us to vote for two.

I pictured myself in a SB store with $5. What would I buy? I think I just had a mini panic attack, trying to decide. That's like on Hoarders, when the therapist tells the hoarder that they have two minutes to pick what they would keep if there was a fire and they had to leave.

I picked stickers, but it was tough. I looked through my last album and there were buttons, washi, ribbon, arrows, metal gears, die cuts, enamel dots, bling, flowers.

Oh my, how hard to pick just one! I selected rhinestones because I got a sheet of tiny multi-colored rhinestone-like jewels from HL a while back, and lately I'm using them, in strips and individually, to decorate lots of my pocket page cards. It was tough to decide between them and washi!

Puffy stickers are a favorite of mine, as well.

die cuts I'm a simple scrapper and I'm usually happy with just paper on my pages. I think of diecuts in the paper category because they are usually from my Cricut. I forget to use other embellishments often.

Anything that glitters: tape, buttons, rhinestones...except sequins. Can't stand sequins. They annoy me.

I went with die cuts but there are a few in there which would be a close 2nd/3rd like enamel dots and chipboard.

I looked over what was a common item on all my layouts, and stickers were all there. Of course, I consider anything with adhesive on the back to be a sticker, such as Thickers, chipboard, die-cuts, etc. Don't worry, I only voted for stickers! lol

No wood veneer?? I chose chipboard because, even if I didn't love them at first sight, they end up being one of my favorite parts of a layout!

That is a tough one. I would have to say enamel dots but only because I seem to be using them on pretty much every layout that I make but coming in a close second would have to be stickers. I know that die cuts are pretty much an easier to use version of stickers but I just love stickers so much and do not really care if they are trendy or not plus there is so much that you can do with a sticker, cut them up, emboss, add bits, change patterns or colour over bits, glitter them up, layer with them and my personal favourite stick them on pop dots to make them sit higher off the page.
