Have fun! My girls would be soooo jealous.
We were in NYC last week without tix, but spent a lot of time outside that theater for Ham4Ham and stagedooring. We saw Leslie Odom, Jr. at the stage door and Lin at Ham4Ham.
We also went to the Trinity Churchyard to visit the family grave sites. Unfortunately, they were mowing and had that part of the yard closed when we got there. We could see Hamilton's grave from the outside, but the girls really wanted to see Eliza's grave. The church is gorgeous, and I highly recommend a stop if you're in the area. It is very close to the 911 memorial.

No understudies except for George Washington. Sooooo excited! Awesome! We had Chris Jackson's understudy too - it only threw me because I was so used to listening to Jackson on the cast recording. I would tell you to enjoy, but I know that's a given.

Thanks everyone! OMG, it was even better than we imagined. Such a privilege to see an amazing show with astounding performers.
There was a bit in the 2nd act where the king remained sitting off to the side after his last song, and was dancing along in his chair, and Burr turned around and saw him and broke character for just a moment, laughing. Not sure if that was a little improv or what. But we in the audience loved it!

You didn't sit center stage and take pictures did you? ( I read they had to remove someone for the 2nd act)

You didn't sit center stage and take pictures did you? ( I read they had to remove someone for the 2nd act) What, tonight? No, I definitely did not leap from the mezzanine to take pictures. Hahaha. ETA: DD just showed me the tweet about it. What on earth was that person thinking?

You didn't sit center stage and take pictures did you? ( I read they had to remove someone for the 2nd act) I was just coming to post that! Here is his (LMM) facebook post. "Sorry for the lady taking pics front row center tonight in Act 1. Thanks to house staff for ensuring she was not there for Act 2."
