Welcome to July.
As we've just tipped into the second half of the year how about a countdown challenge to keep us moving forward?
I challenge you to use:
5 embellishments 4 papers 3 photos 2 alphas 1 neglected tool
Substitutions are welcome and encouraged!
All types of projects count (paper, digi, hybrid, PL, art journaling, anything else you create) and if you share your projects online please link them here so we can admire and leave some love. You can find instructions to post in the Refupeas gallery in this thread but shout out if you need help.
** I'll be unable to post the next challenge at the start of August. Please shout out if you'd like to host the August challenge.

Sounds fun. I'm experimenting with digital while on vacation. I'll see what I can come up with.

Another fun challenge! I have a few more days of crazy busy-ness, and then I hope to be home with the photos and some time to scrap them!

Those are some awesome pages ladies! I hope to play along soon. Just trying to get rid of a nasty cold that's zapped all my energy right now.

KikiPea I love all your layers on this, and all the hearts. As if that is not enough, you have the cute little cluster in the top corner: finishes the page perfectly! Here is my contribution. The neglected tool was my Cuttlebug. The power was off all day one of our scrap days, so of course my Vagabond was useless. I had planned on cutting some stars, and at first thought I couldn't, and then I remembered... circus by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

Ok, ladies, I left love in the gallery for nylene and grammadee. KikiPea, your's didn't link to where I could. So I'll tell you here. I love your layout. I love the fingerprints and hearts and the use of the scallop side to break the rectangles. But I'm loving the last photo where you are pointing to each other.

YAY! I made it before the end of the month! Thanks again for the inspiration. I kind of combined this bonus challenge and the the sketch challenge. I rarely do a title up the side of the page like that so that was kind of new for me but I quite liked it. My 5 embellishments are the Bucaneer Sticker, the 3 chipboard flags and the circular Halloween pin. I didn't count my cardstock as part of the paper just the pp's I used. I shopped my stash for all of those combining some pirate and Halloween papers. 3 photos of DS enjoying life as always. 2 alphas (1 chipboard, 1 mini sticker alpha). The neglected tool was my paper crimper. I just used it on one piece but I really think I'm going to keep this handy on my desk for a bit. It made me happy to use! LOL. I've included a close up photo of the crimped paper. Attachments:
