Did the concert start on time? What time did he actually come out and start performing? What time did you end up getting done? Did anyone perform before him like they do at the early show. When we went in October the concert started at 7 but it seems like he didn't actually come out til around 8. Trying to decide if I can swing Penn and Teller in Vegas and then the late show of Garth at 10:30. Penn & Teller starts at 9 and says it goes til 10:30.

I didn't do a 1030pm show when he was here in Denver but when his show was scheduled to begin he came right out, no warm up band, like you get at other shows. Now from what i recall, they tried to stay as close to schedule as possible but I think the last show of the night did start just a little late due to having to shuffle so many people in and out. I am not sure if I would chance that tight of a schedule. You are banking on penn and Teller starting on time and finishing on time AND that Garth will start late. Maybe some other Peas will chime in.

Adding to what marimoose said, you also have travel times between venues even if it's at the same hotel. Exiting P&T then entering and finding your seat at GB. That would be too close for me.

I went to the 10:30 show in Minneapolis last fall. We didn't even get to enter the venue until close to 10:30. The concert started around 11:00, and he played until about 1:30am. There was no opening act.
Even based on that, I know I wouldn't chance it. Love Garth too much to miss any of his show!!

Is he playing the T-mobile Arena by Monte Carlo? If so, I wouldn't try to do both. The parking/taxi situation gets pretty hairy not counting the first show letting out on top of that. You'd be cutting it a bit too close.

Here in Cleveland, we went to two 10:30 shows. The one started about 11:15 the first night. The second night it was well after midnight before the show started.

We went to the 10:30 show in Hamilton. I can't remember when it started. I was worried about seeing the second show. Would he have the energy? WRONG. He was freakin' amazing. He went on until 2 am or later. It was crazy. He was singing with a guitar and the band went to bed. American Pie, Piano Man etc. Incredible.

Yes.. from what I remember it started a little late, but it wasn't bad at all... MAYBE 1/2 hour if that...but you can't miss the beginning.. it's so cool
