I had a balance on my insulin pump after insurance and Medtronic used Monterey Financial for there financing but now I'm reading all these horrible reviews about Monterey and how crappy and dishonest they are so now I'm really nervous. Anyone dealt with them and how was your experience?

I paid for my Medtronic pump through them. It was a no brainier since it was a 0% interest loan. I paid it off a couple years ago with no issues whatsoever. I'm on a TSlim now that I had to pay $1000 out of pocket. I wish I had the option of using them again!

We did, just paid them off in March actually. Customer Service, the very few times I had to call, were fine. I had an issue once where a payment was made but not applied, but when I called back they took off the late fee without any problems.
