Have any RPs used both models and have an opinion? I bought the 3-blade for myself and then received the 4-blade as a gift! Now they are both sitting on the counter and I need to figure out which one I want to keep. Most of the blog reviews I've seen say the 4-blade is better, but most of the Amazon reviews seem to lean towards the 3-blade.

I think that the woman who writes the Inspiralized blog has a strong preference for the 3-blade version of the Paderno.
I use the KitchenAid version now.

Debating on buying one. It is as easy as screwing it into your KA stand mixer and flipping the switch! In other words, even easier than the Paderno. And it also has a peeler function.

I have the 3-blade and have only used one of the blades at this point. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.
