It looks like it would be so much fun for them. And extremely entertaining for me to watch! Two things are making me hold off from buying one right now. It is a new product and they don't have all the bugs worked out of it yet. In the comments, peopler complaining about the cheap quality of materials it is made with. I guess it breaks very easily. Some people complain about how difficult it was to put together. Then two or three comments away there will be a post where someone put it together with their child and had no problems. They are in the process of creating a cover for the wheels so that a cat cannot get pinched in there. It hasn't happened, but I could see how it could break a leg bone if a foot got caught while they were going super fast in it. I think this is one of those things that they rushed to get it to market, and pushing through a bad product. Once they get it dialed in, I think it would be a blast. The more exotic cats like the Bengals seem to really do well with these. I guess they need much more exercise than regular house cats. I could see at least 3 of my kitty crew liking it. Especially if I put a laser light on it. Or one of their bird feather toys dangling just out of reach. What do you think? Do you think your cats would use this and would you ever consider getting one for them? After they fix all the issues, of course. Cat Exercise Wheel

We were picking something up a friends house and he has something similar for his cats. He & his wife breed Sphinx cats. The cats have taken over the bottom floor of their split level. They made a 'catio' by screening in the area under their deck. The hamster wheel is kept on the catio. The cats love it. We saw it being used repeatedly. The cats were noisy like Siamese and kept meowing at us.

I don't have a cat anymore, but I don't think any of my cats would have thought it was a good idea. They were kind of standoffish of things that moved. Now, if I absolutely did not want them on it, it would be the first thing they would head for.

I have no idea whether our cats would like that, but boy, it would be really hilarious to watch them on it!!! I could see it, too, maybe with a laser light or feather toy as incentive.

Hmm...maybe. I'm positive they would love the box it came in, though!

I think one of my cats would love that, but not at $200. Yikes.

I have no idea whether our cats would like that, but boy, it would be really hilarious to watch them on it!!! I could see it, too, maybe with a laser light or feather toy as incentive. I watched a couple of YouTube videos on these. Laser lights, feather toys, and snacks were the main incentives to get the cats going on these. Once they ran on them and realized nothing bad was going to happen, they seemed to keep using them all the time. I have one little wiry kitty that loves to jump up to high places, span huge gaps to get from one side of the room to the other without touching the ground, and acts like she is on catnip all the time. I know she would love this thing. I am going to check back with them maybe next year to see if they have been able to improve them significantly. One of the articles on it said that small dogs were using it too. That would be great for my pup to be able to run to his heart's content and not leave the room. SaveSave
