I just got sick to my stomach a few times (again...) and I had just taken my morning meds (it was 9:15 when I got sick so I would say less than a 3 minute window). Should I take them over again? Forget about it today? I can't get ahold of my GP to figure out what to do. There is no way they had any time to take effect or even stay in my system.
I had tofu for breakfast today. It is like the mildest food in the world. Ugh.

Try calling the pharmacy. On hold now. That's a good idea.

Did you get an answer from a pharmacist?

She said I would go through withdrawl if I didn't take the meds again and it was less than a 3 minute window. I took them again.

I think I might just have "the flu" or something like that. I was shaking and sweating at work. It wasn't pleasant.

I am sorry you aren't feeling well.
Tofu is not mild it can actually be very harsh for some people.
