My recipe is 2 cups water or coconut water, 3 cups spinach, 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 3 T chia seeds and one serving protein powder. I use Orgain chocolate mousse as it is vegan. Perfect high protein, high fiber nutritious meal replacement

One cup orange juice, stick of celery, one small apple, three one inch pieces of frozen banana, three small frozen lumps of spinach, large handful of frozen mixed berries, tablespoon of dehydrated blackcurrants.
This is my every day smoothie. It makes two large glasses. I keep one in the fridge until the following day in a sealed beaker.

My breakfast on work days is always 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop BNRG Vanilla Creme Protein Powder, 1/2 banana, 1TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4 tsp almond extract, a little ice and water to thin if necessary. I do it in the blender so it's icy/smoothie consistency.

For breakfast, I have approximately 16 oz glass of fruit - usually peaches/mangoes/pear and strawberries/pineapple/blueberry. (I can't eat bananas.) Add about 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, small handful of Quaker oats, a few walnuts and a splash of orange or pineapple juice - just enough to make it pour-able.

Smoothies are my go to breakfast. My Vitamix and I are BEST friends...although my Instant Pot is giving her a run for her money.
My favorite green smoothie is about a cup (I don't measure) of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, two big handfuls of fresh baby spinach, half an orange, half an apple and a handful of ice.
I also like a cup of UVAM (see above), 1/2 cup plain yogurt, scoop of peanut butter powder, scoop of cacao, a handful of frozen banana chunks and a few pieces of ice to make it all really cold.
And then when I'm feeling really adventurous and veggie-ish, I use the UVAM, spinach, a couple baby carrots, a stalk of celery, a couple chucks of cucumber, a half a granny smith apple and some frozen fruit. Warning, it isn't pretty, but it is tasty.
Lessons learned....do not add green pepper to your veggie smoothie no matter how good you think it might taste. It doesn't.

My favorite lately is 1 c mango chunks, 1 c pineapple chunks, half banana, handful of greens, 1 c coconut milk, yogurt (plain green or plain or vanilla any kind would work) and half a scoop of Vega Greens protein powder. It's sweet and delicious and tastes like a tropical vacation! No ice needed because I use all the fruit already frozen. You can also make some delicious ones using just almond milk + mixed fruit bag + banana + greens (and carrots and cucumber don't affect the taste much). Just keep trying til you find a combo you like!
I also make like 30 smoothie packets at a time in ziploc bags after buying bulk ingredients at Costco (fruit and greens). Then add milk, yogurt, protein powder to blender and throw in everything from the bag. Easy peasy for a quick morning breakfast. I have had my Vitamix for just over a year now and have used it basically every day.

Promise! I agree! I could hide tons of veggies, and you would never know they are in there...unless it is a green pepper. Don't do that. SaveSave

I always start with a half cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2-3oz of Greek yogurt, and two scoops of Trader Joe's hemp protein powder. I then add two good sized handfuls of either spinach or kale, sometimes I'll add a half of a small-medium banana, and about a cup of frozen fruit.

3 Oz blueberries 2 oz Kale 1 apple 1 orange Lemon juice 1 cup of matcha green tea and ice.
**just realised that you will probably be going to bed after this meal replacement, so the matcha would be a bad idea***
