Does anyone have the recipe that is referred to that you can link or share please? I'm looking for a few good (tried and true) Instant Pot recipes that come together fairly quickly. I've been searching through the threads, but I'm having trouble finding what I'm looking for. I can find recipes online, but I'd prefer ones that you have all perfected.
Thank you!

Another winner! Thank you for helping with my meal planning for the week. My chicken turned out very well last week, but I wanted to do something besides chicken this week.

Here's another one that I've made to rave reviews from my family. It's not exactly a specific recipe, just a suggestion. lol.
Chopped onion, however much you like. Saute a bit in the pot, or not.
Large can of stewed tomatoes -- the one that's like 28 ounces or whatever that size is. Or two smaller ones. I used two smaller ones so I could get the kind that's already seasoned with garlic, oregano, etc.
Box of pasta -- I used bowties. Be sure to use a compact pasta like that, not spaghetti or other long one. Penne works well also, I'm told.
Water to just cover the pasta.
Sliced sausage. I used the Aidell's kind that you buy at Costco, and I think I used three links. Put sausage on top of everything else.
High pressure for half the time that the pasta box recommends for stove top cooking.
Quick release.
Season however you want. Or season before cooking.
Perfect pasta! omg. Also, at first I thought there was too much liquid left so I took took some out and put it aside in a measuring cup. I had the idea I'd save it for soup or something. Well the broth was so yummy that people went back for more so I had to add it back in. lol. Plus, it thickened up a bit later on.

Thank you Elaine! The stroganoff was a hit. Later this week - bolognese - and then the sausage!
