I didn't want to hijack the other Instapot threads...
Has anyone tried Burning Feather's Italian beef in the Instapot yet? Results? Changes?
I am going to attempt it tonight!

I have made it in my Instapot several times. Not sure of the time that I set it for though. I always look up the time for beef roast and since I usually put it in frozen, I add some time to it. Just add all of the ingredients, set the time, and set it to high pressure. It is so tender and the taste is as wonderful as cooking it in the crock pot, maybe better.
