I paid to have something overnighted yesterday morning and it's just barely shipping today, annoyed as hell!!! Do they have the live chat with a rep option or do you have to call? Where do I find the chat option? What are the chances there going to refund my overnight fee?

Yes live chat. I usually have them call me because I'm not a good typist. As soon as I click the 'call me now' button my phone rings.

I've also used the call me option and they call right away.

I've used both. The last time I used the call me option my phone rang immediately but I sat on hold for about 5 minutes before they finally got on the line.

I prefer to chat so that I can get a transcript... Just in case. And I don't have to try and talk to a person with 3 kids at home- who will all want something at the exact moment I finally get a live person.

I love the live chat thing because I don't have to try to talk to someone in India on a bad cell phone connection who I can barely understand. I've used Amazon's several times and they've always fixed whatever problem I had.
