Do any of you have this CC Cooker? If so, do you like it, hate it, love it? It looks like it would be great for roasts and stews/soups this fall and many more meals. I went ahead and ordered it. Hoping that I will find a lot of use for it.

I think everyone has gone out and bought an Instant Pot instead!

It is $25 less expensive on Amazon. No reviews there, however. It looks interesting- I'll be interested in hearing how you like it. I always thought you needed moving water for sous vide cooking, but I could be completely wrong. It is a pretty looking machine!

I did not realize that Cooks Companion was available any where other than Evine. I will have to check it out. I will report back after I get it. I don't think that it does sous vide cooking though but I need to go back and look at it again. Maybe I missed that.

There is a sous vide setting on the control panel, and yogurt (Yum!), amongst the standards found on the Ninja 4-1, which is why it piqued my interest. I'd love to try sous vide cooking! You'll have to let us know when it gets there.

The 11 functions listed are: Bake, Keep Warm, Rice, Roast, Saute, Slow Cook (Low), Slow Cook (High), Steam, Sous Vide, Stew and Yogurt. It will be interesting to see just how the Sous Vide works.
