Forgive me for not wading through the last thread. I've just caught up on the season finale. I can't remember the introduction of John Grey this season. Can someone point me to which episode that happened?

He's the young boy they caught and Jamie broke his arm. Jamie mauls Claire to get LJG to confess info about the British army, then Claire doctors him.
