Nothing would bring me to vote for HRC. I cannot vote for her in good conscience. To change my vote, I would need a viable 3rd party candidate - not Libertarian or Green. Someone more main stream. Maybe we could get Colin Powell to run!

If Hillary shot someone on Fifth Avenue, I guess I wouldn't vote for her. Also if she got arrested or started showing signs of Alzheimer's, I'd have to vote for someone else. On second thought, if she started showing signs of Alzheimer's, I'd probably still vote for her. Better Hillary with dementia than Trump with his usual faculties. Tim Kaine could take over after the inauguration. The only way I'd ever vote for Donald Trump would be if he were running against Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, or Adolf Hitler. This. Though I'd vote for Hillary even if she did shoot someone. Worst thing that happens is she goes to jail & we get President Kaine. I can live with that to protect the world from Trump.

Absolutely nothing. I see voting for an independent giving an edge to Trump. So no. I know people hate to hear this, but I feel exactly the same way. I can see thinking that a 3rd party vote is the way to START the change, but to me, there is just too much at stake for this election that I can't give my vote to a 3rd party. I totally understand this, which is why I keep pushing hard for people who have decided that they will NOT vote at all to reconsider and vote 3rd party. If someone is absolutely not going to vote for Trump OR Clinton and nothing will change their mind about that, then I figure instead of being voiceless, they can be part of a start in giving viability to 3rd party candidates. And in doing so they can voice their disapproval about the major party candidates. So while I understand opting to vote for one to keep out the other, if anyone truly cannot and will not bring themselves to vote for a major party candidate, I still urge you to express that by voting 3rd party as opposed to remaining silent in your disgust over the 2 major party options. There is nothing that can make me vote for Hillary. She has a record and it is full of lying and law-breaking. She can't take those actions back.

Re: voting for a third party to make a statement. Not this time; it's not safe. Better to stay home than to vote for a third party, which is just a vote for Trump.

Re: voting for a third party to make a statement. Not this time; it's not safe. Better to stay home than to vote for a third party, which is just a vote for Trump. Yes, but on the flip side, if someone would normally lean towards the Republican candidate but their fear or dislike of Trump makes them opt not to vote for him, then one would say that them voting 3rd party is simply a vote for Hillary, right? Re: voting for a third party to make a statement. Not this time; it's not safe. Better to stay home than to vote for a third party, which is just a vote for Trump. - How is voting 3rd party any more of a "vote for Trump" than not voting at all?
- Aren't you in Canada? I didn't think you were a U.S. voter
- Do you have a source to back up your "not safe" claim?

It would take something drastic. I can't, in good conscience, vote for Trump or Clinton. Like I saw on FB earlier this week... It's like picking which STD you want to have.
For me, at least at this point, it's a third party vote or no vote at all.

If I am understanding some, no matter what Clinton does you will vote for her? Same thing for Trump, you are voting for him no matter what he does or says now? For me, it would be possible for Clinton to lose my vote if she did something horrible, yes, but it certainly would not go to Trump. I would vote 3rd party if that were the case. But assuming she doesn't shoot someone on the street, or rape someone, etc, she'll be keeping my vote. This

The only way I'd ever vote for Donald Trump would be if he were running against Vladimir Putin, Kim Jong Un, or Adolf Hitler. Yup. But I'll throw in Pol Pot. And Stalin. So, I'm clearly taking a more moderate stance here.

At this point, there is nothing either Trump or HRC could do to make me vote for them short of them giving me cold, hard cash. Yeah...I'm not too proud to say my vote could be bought for an amount with at least six zeroes in the figure (before the decimal point). Seriously though, I am a 3rd party supporter all the way. I am down with feeling the Johnson.

I looked that up. Apparently crabs can be considered an STD.

But if you're trying to outclass me with dead dictators ... okay, whatever. hmmph

Trump has shown so much of himself that he could morph into a new person and I would still never forget what he has said. So there is nothing he can do to make me vote for him. If he were to drop out and the Republicans were to somehow bring in a candidate that was more moderate such as Kasich I would consider a change. I still might vote for Clinton but it would be a relief to have a real choice.
As for Clinton, I suppose there are things that she could do that would make me not vote for her and go 3rd party but at this point I am so afraid of having Donald Trump within a mile of the White House that it would have to be awfully extreme to get me to sacrifice my vote.

I would consider voting for Trump if: Hell freezes over I am in a coma and someone has to fill out my ballot for me.
And I am totally serious.

Nothing. I'm with her. And I love Tim Kaine. And it makes me so mad that the Republicans in Congress have delayed the Supreme Court nominee simply because President Obama chose him. It will serve them right if Hillary nominates someone even more liberal and more Democrat. hahaha (yeah, because I'm petty like that.)

No. there is nothing at this point that will make me change my mind, unless one candidate drops out and the replacement is light years better than the current candidate.

I am so undecided right now. I was one of the ones rooting for Bernie. Now, I don't know. I said I would never vote for Clinton, and I would consider Trump before her, but he has just gone too far off the rails. I'm one of the ones wondering if he is trying to do all he can to ensure he isn't elected.
Plus, I watched both conventions as much as I could, and her speech was very good. It actually made me hopeful. But I still don't know if I trust her. I do like Jill, but her running mate is questionable.
So for me, the presidency is still up for grabs. But I will check as many Democrats/Progressive congress members as I can. And hopefully I will come up with an answer for President.

I would consider voting for Trump if: Hell freezes over I am in a coma and someone has to fill out my ballot for me. And I am totally serious. Not even if He'll froze over. If someone placed my vote for Trump while I was in a coma, they better hope real hard I don't catch them when I come out. Or if I die, I will haunt their ass so hard. I will never, ever, ever vote for Trump. My fingers feel all tingly just typing, I, vote, & Trump in the same sentence. I've always been open to third party candidates & so my vote would go that way if Hillary Clinton became untenable to me.
