I not only got an email from Gary at Tonic, but he called me, left a message and told me he is sending me replacement drops and some other goodies for my trouble. I got an email confirmation that a package from tonic has shipped!
I can't bash nuvo drops when they have that kind of customer service! It makes me want to buy even more of them, despite my problems with them!

Hope the new ones come with an improved nozzle! I'll let you know! That would be very interesting if they changed the nozzle. I haven't contacted Tonic about my drops disaster, and I doubt I will. I stopped using them. Even the ones that were on wax paper. I noticed my fingerprints were engraved on my dots when I went to pick them up. They were definitely dry (2 days after pouring them), but just weren't hard enough. Though not cost efficient, I think I'll buy enamel dots when I can. I am still disappointed about Nuvo drops.

It's so sad for them that you stopped using them. I'm a sucker for free stuff and an apology.

Sad to say I did NOT have that kind of experience with them.. I bought drops at CKC Mesa and they gave me someone else bag. After I drove 2 hours back home I found out. I emailed them the next day and the NEVER responded back....

The guy left a message and said their email and site had been having problems but my email did not go unnoticed and they wanted to make it right. So maybe do try again!

Great customer service! I hope you have more luck with them myboysnme! I honestly wonder if there is something to the conditions where you use these things. When I use them, they are hard. Not rock hard like diamonds, if I really push hard I can make a dent in them but I have to push "hard". I have seen the YT video where the girl folds up the ghost she made and I really don't think I would be able to do that. Mine dry hard. I am using them in a conservatory where it's quite warm & sunny and there's no air conditioning in my house. I wonder if air conditioning does have something to do with the drops not so hard and bottles exploding?

The box arrived today and it had 3 bottles of nuvo drops in. One of the bottles is a sparkle type. The other two are the colors I had told them I had problems with the nozzle.

I definitely don't like the sparkle ones. They aren't consistent in making dots. The colour is in the glitter suspended in a clear medium. You can't make small dots cause you don't get enough colour/sparkle in there. If you make large dots it's ok. They're not good at covering things unless you can colour the item first in a similar colour, then it will look ok. So I have steered clear of the sparkle ones and stuck to the gloss.
