We are big fans in our house and went to see him last time he was here. My grandson recently turned 18 and as he is studying Astrophysics and Space Science at uni, we decided to buy the deluxe package as a present for him- front row seats, autographed copy of his latest book, drinks and antipasti, professional photos taken with the Professor and get to hang out with him in the Afterlife club after the show. Of course, we had to accompany him. I was really nervous to meet him- what to say?? I shook his hand and quickly posed for the photo as he said "I like your dress" ( it was my galaxy dress) I mentioned that I wore it as I taught science in primary school, he asked which grades etc. He chatted more to the grandson asking him "physics' questions about uni etc. It was quite exciting, he was a really lovely man and was very relaxed taking questions and chatting with us all. If you live in Australia and watch Q and A you will know that he had quite the animated discussion with a climate change denier the night before and yes, he included quite a few jokes about "graphs" and "empirical evidence". He also showed us photos from NASA website and said 'oh, of course IF you believe that NASA is real!! I was excited about John Cleese throwing his book at me, but this was the best! Corinne

Lovely photos and what a great present and memories for your grandson. The "lively debate" with Malcolm Roberts was shown here too.
