I just started using Overdrive a couple weeks ago. It updated sometime this morning and now I am having issues. It was working fine one minute and when I sat back down and clicked on my book, I am now being told "invalid authorization. This Adobe E-book can not be read. Authorize this device with the same account originally used to download this e-book and try again". It happened on multiple devices so I know it is the update.
I tried to follow the directions and was not able to fix it. I don't know if it is user error or a bug with the update. Has anyone who is more familiar with Overdrive have this issue and been able to fix it?
Edited to add that both devices that are having issues are Apple devices.

I think it's the update. That happened to me as well until I down graded to the last version and now it works.
I have a question maybe you can answer. I have 2 NOOKs - one is the original and one is a later tablet version. On the original, I can read my books through Adobe digital editions. On the newer one I have to use Overdrive, but I have to read it through my internet connection - does that sound right?

I just checked mine and it is working. You may have to delete the app and re-install if you can't figure it out. I would be lost without my Overdrive. I feel your pain!

Using Apple devices. Can't help with nook questions, so hopefully someone else can. I am just now making my way into e-books after realizing I could read later at night than I could with a real book (and the fact we went on a trip and I could 'pack' lots of books lol

I had 20 pages left in my book when this happened! Thankfully I figured out I could go back through the library and read it online to finish. However, I want to be able to access my books off line. Been reading so much more since I downloaded the app. Once I get home I will try to either downgrade or delete and reinstall.

Yeah it worked! Thank you!!!!
Uninstalled and reinstalled... Don't know why I didn't think of that... Probably because I was on my way out the door. Best part is that a hold is now available!
