(Hard for us to say, since 2 weeks ago our trailer was broken into and they stole our 4 dirt bikes!)
Anyway...Saturday we attended a race about 3 hours away. My 15 yo had a backpack with him and late in the evening I realized he didn't have it (was then I found out his new gear was in it too) along with some clothes.
We looked, contacted security. Etc...lol No luck.
Well today I'm scrolling Facebook and my son's school made a post that someone emailed the school to ask if any students went to the race and lost a bag! They found a school shirt inside and started there...they live in TN and came to NC for the race! I emailed them and confirmed it was his and they are shipping it! A little feel good story!

That's awesome! Someone turned in my daughter's wallet at Comic Con and she didn't have any I.D.! She had to go in great detail what the wallet looked like and what was inside.

That's great! My son races dirt bikes and I'm constantly amazed when he tells me the number of people who stand to the side of the track in the woods and help people who crash, are stuck, need anything.
His bike died this weekend right after he passed four boys he said were about 10-12. Two came RUNNING to make sure he was okay and the other two ran to the track to direct people around him. Then one went back, got his four wheeler, and towed my son back. Big hearts in those racers!

It's nice he got the backpack back. Sorry about the stolen equipment though.

They also could have easily kept the bag and sold the gear (brand new!) But they went above and beyond to locate. Wish finding their bikes was as easy...

How cool! You must have been trying to figure who exactly you pissed off to have all these things happen lately. Glad this turned out so positively!!!! I'm sure you really needed it.
