I've made the decision it's time to get my cardstock under control. What are your most often used colors? I mostly use Bazzill but it might be a good idea to mention manufacturer too, if you don't mind. Everytime I think or try to do this, limit my colors, I design something that needs different colors that I don't have So, I hope this works better for you then it does for me

I use almost everything except pink and purple. I don't have kids, so I scrap a lot of vacation photos, and the background colors for those always depends on what kind of vacation it was. Tropical vacation = brights. City vacations = lots of gray and black because I take a lot of pics of buildings (I'm an architect). Hiking vacation = earth tones.

I'm no help because I use my diecut machine and like lots of colors! I have an expedit and I keep everything 8.5x11 or smaller in one basket. Once, it gets crowded, I start to throw things away.
I have about 4 inches of 12x12 cardstock that is mostly neutrals and primary colors. Some of that is very bright (I screwed up on one of my orders!).
I probably use white the most when I have a solid background. I'm cheap, I buy the Georgia Mills (I think that's the brand) of white cardstock at Walmart. That is the 8.5x11 size. It is not textured, but I'm not picky about that. I also buy cardstock stacks from Joann's and Michaels. Overall, I probably use pattern paper the most for my pages.

Or some of the just plain weird stuff I got when I did the "order one of everything" a few times at the bucket. SaveSave

I've only been buying:
-white -cream -kraft -grey -black -red -navy
I still have a few sheets of cardstock in each color category, but I almost never reach for them anymore. I made the decision to just buy those colors listed above when they are on sale in bulk packages.

I use White Daisy from Close To My Heart. It's a crisp white and it's very smooth - perfect for stamping and the Silhouette. I usually order three packs at a time from a consultant who must think I eat it. Since I attend crops monthly, I've learned to pack light. Quality white paper and black Versafine ink work well with everything. The only time I use colored cardstock is when I'm lifting a beautiful layout exactly as it is presented.

For backgrounds: I mostly use, blacks, browns (including kraft and tans), whites, creams, grays, and navy. For accents or titles: Any color goes.
I use all different types of cardstock. I just got a pack of MME My colors cardstock (I won it) that I really like alot. Others that I like, Bazzill, AC, Core'dinations, Neenah. I still have a TON of SU! cardstock too.

Blacks and whites mostly. I love the idea of color but can't make it work.

I have spent a while thinking about this topic. My most use cardstock colours are the ones that I make my title out of. That could be any colour really. Sometimes I like pink or brown or cream, beige, black, blue, teal or green. It just depends on the layout I am working on and what colours I have. I love cardstock and will always love it. I won't buy any for a while as I think I have about 3-4' of it and that is enough for one scrapbooker. I do love it, though!

Grey, cream, white and black are my go to colours. I usually use AC as I have quite a stock of it. I like blues too!
