I've made the decision it's time to get my cardstock under control. What are your most often used colors? I mostly use Bazzill but it might be a good idea to mention manufacturer too, if you don't mind.

white black tan brown greens muted or dark shades blues muted or dark shades I rarely ever use brights, pink, purple, orange or yellow. I have Bazzill and generic cardstock, just depends on if I need a particular shade or texture.

I switched to using neutral cardstock for my backgrounds about a year ago and I love it! So mostly white, french vanilla, eggshell, quicksand.
I made a new year's resolution to ONLY buy colored cardstock for a specific project or to match a specific collection; I am no longer buying cardstock to have "on hand, just in case" like I did in the past. I still have one whole paper holder FULL of colored cardstock to work through but little by little, I'm getting there.

I'm a neutral girl too. My backgrounds are usually a muted pattern paper or a neutral cardstock. I did a big purge a long time ago and got rid of a lot of the wild bright colors. The only reason I was keeping them was to cut out stuff with my cricut, specifically the paper doll cartridge. And I've sold that years ago. Now my 8.5x11 I have all the colors of the rainbow only because I was a SU! Demo. And I use them to make cards which I haven't done in a couple of years.

I mostly use AC white. I prefer the Bazzill linen which is a little bit of a warmer white but don't have anywhere locally I can buy it. I buy the AC in bulk packs from Spotlight either on sale or with a coupon. I occasionally use black or dark grey but easily 95% of the layouts I use with cardstock are done with white.

Bazzill Kraft. It goes with just about everything. Apart from that, other neutrals, but not stark white or pure black - creams, greys, browns.

Basic colours: black, white, brown, cream, craft, navy. (usually Bazzill or AC) The white is Creative Scrapbooker super stock.)
Seasonal colours: red, green, orange, gold, teal, yellow, mint (Bazzill, Bo Bunny)
Metallics: gold, copper, silver (HOTP and Recollections)
I have a few pinks, purples, light blues, but not a lot. Sometimes pick up specific cs to match a pp collection.
I buy black, red, brown, white, cream and craft by the 25 sheet lot.

I mostly use AC white for backgrounds. I do have other colours for titles or other elements but apart from white my most used colours would probably be greys and black.

I am pretty cut and dry in this area. Blacks, whites and greys mostly.
I almost NEVER use pinks, purples or yellows.

White & black for me. I'm a bit boring! It's not often I ever use coloured cardstock at all.

On the rare occasion that I use cardstock it's usually black, white, or kraft.
I usually always now use a patterned paper as a background paper, layers, everything! And I have a ton of cardstock in a large array of colors as I used to attend the Bazill warehouse sales every year.

Since cardstock is the base for my layouts, I use many colors. My frequently used colors are whites, greys, blacks, & kraft, mostly Bazzill & occasionally Core'dinations.

I use mostly neutrals (vanilla/off-white/creme, gray, kraft, black, some white) and muted colors for the most part. Of the muted colors, I use a lot of blues, blue/grays, teals, greens, mauves, and browns/tans. Love the watercolor looks and subtle patterns or textured papers in muted or neutral colors.
I hardly ever use bright colors or "Easter-egg" pastels (unless I'm doing a baby LO or Easter/spring page, LOL). Even though I use a lot of neutrals, I hardly ever use white as a background. I vastly prefer some sort of color, even if it's subtle.

For the past couple of years I have been doing more card making then scrapbooking. So I use a lot of white, ivory, kraft and black. But those are my usual base colors and then I do other colors on top. I usually shadow/layer with black so I use a lot of that. It's a nice layer between patterns. Saturday I made pet sympathy cards with black base, copper layer and cream layer on top of that. Cards before that were Christmas cards with blue base, patterned paper layer, cream base w/ stamped image layered on a darker blue. I also use a lot of brown and green for 4-H cards

I love cardstock and colours - Bazzill is my favourite but it's hard to find locally. I am liking the Hot Buys cardstock packs at Michaels lately - they have a nice texture and coordinating shades. I'm not a fan of the cheap cardstock packs from Michaels but in a pinch...they'll do. Black I usually buy Colorbok and white I buy in bulk (non-scrapbooking - office supplies) for printing.

Mostly white and I also use kraft and black with the occasional red, pink, yellow, or navy. I had a phase in my scrapping years ago when I automatically started off with a kraft background. Now it's either white or patterned paper.

I do a lot of paper piecing so I buy a lot of colors. I am seriously needing more cardstock too in a variety of beautiful colors that is nice quality. Seriously, money is not an option here. If anybody has recommendations for cardstock that cuts great on the Cameo & Cricut Explore I would be grateful. Right now I am using Michael's cardstock. I have the old version before they started making it cheap.

White and kraft are my most used colors. I have a mixture of Bazzil, AC, and some other brands. The majority is AC as I used to belong to a kit club that sent several pieces per month. I have an entire Iris (is that the name?) container of different cardstock colors. I am only buying more if I run out of a color I use a lot (i.e. white or kraft). I rarely use bright colors unless I am working on some specific project or perhaps a card.

Hands down - WHITE. I started using it as the base for layouts a couple of years ago and I've never looked back. I use my stash of coloured cardstock for die cuts - but somehow it seems I never have the right shade of whatever colour I'm looking for and always buying more!

I forgot to mention that I use kraft quite often also and absolutely LOVE Bazzil but it's becoming harder to find around here (Ottawa, Ontario)

I buy Co'ordinations in the five color 50 sheet packs when they go on sale 4 for $10.
