or something similar? If so, would you recommend it and what do you like or not like about it?
Thanks!

Love mine. Use it every Saturday to make breakfast and grill on it during the winter when DH won't have the out of doors.

It depends what you are going to use it for. If it's for panini's it works great (it works great for other things too, but I would get something like Sabrina recommended so that you aren't buying another appliance that will need to sit somewhere in your kitchen.

We do have one and like it. I don't use it daily or even weekly but I do like it. We have used it mostly for sandwiches and a few times when I used the flat surface for pancakes. I have other things I make pancakes with but if I am making up a bunch I have used that at the same time.

We got one two weeks ago and have used it several times already, for fish, chicken breasts, sausage, pancakes. We like how easy it is to use and clean up.

We have one-an older one I guess from several years ago. It's held up well. I'd say we use it once a week, primarily for pancakes or panini.
I like it! As with other electric griddles and such it hearts better along the coils (does that make sense?), but if you keep that in mind it works fine.

I've had mine for quite a few years and we really like it. We've used it for cooking hot dogs and hamburgers in the winter when we don't want to go out and fire up the grill. I make french toast and pancakes on it when it is flat. I haven't made any panini sandwiches with it, but I know others have and like it for that.
