A couple of weeks ago I received a pm from @jodster letting me know that she had moved to my area and wanting to know if I wanted to meet up. Yippee! So, today we had lunch in Leesburg, VA. 2 1/2 hours after we sat down, we finally had to leave for other commitments, but we could have talked a few hours more. Not that it should come as a surprise to those of you who know her, but she is even nicer in person than she is here. It was so wonderful to put a face with her online voice that I've known for 14 years now.   |

It was a wonderful time! Sweet elaine even bought my lunch for my birthday... (which was yesterday -- the big 46!) 2.5 hours passed by in a flash. Elaine is so nice and fun to talk to. It will definitely not be the last time we meet! This place is awesome. Yes, it can be crazy and frustrating too. But the people that I have gotten to meet here are so wonderful...I've made many friends that will last a lifetime! |
