I'm back to using myfitnesspal again-I'm terrible at recording and I was wondering if anyone has the premium membership and if you think it's worth it. I have only ever had the free version.
Thanks!

I have the regular and it has always been enough.
My user name azelizabeth feel free to friend me if you need support. MFP has helped me take 53lbs off.

I love MFP - I have tracked pretty consistently for the past few months after a break where I let myself go out of control. Anyway, I just have the regular free and use it almost only on my phone. It does enough for me and even synchs with my fitbit.

I just use the freebie and rarely have a food not found. And then it's like a specialty bakery or restaurant. But it's not often I eat at those places. I don't think the pay for app would have that info either. I've been using it consistently since the end of March and lost 40 lbs so far.

I've been using MFP every day for four years, probably missing less than a total of 15 days. I don't even know what the upgraded version involves, but I love the original freebie. Best wishes!

I'm going to stick with just the free version. I really like it, when I take time to do it.
I have the same username over there.
