Does anyone know where I could get an old fashioned scrapbook? By that I mean one with black pages, no page protectors, not strap hinge or top loading, like we all had in the 60's-70's? My DD wants one for her wedding to use as a guest book. Thanks!

Moleskine makes an A4 black page album that's the closest I've ever found to an old-fashioned scrapbook. It's not string-bound, but the paper is solid black and really nice quality. The only downside is that it does have the typical "if found return to____" blurb on the first page that all Moleskine notebooks have. I tried to post a link but it keeps linking back to this page. If you search Amazon for "Moleskine art plus black page album" it should pop up.

You mean something like an old school photo album? I'm having a hard time visualizing what you're looking for.

KOLO makes some classy black albums and pages. I ordered one to make (remake) my childhood album. Rubber cement and photos.... not a good combination.

Put this in Google "scrapbooks w/black pages" and then click on images. I think if you browse there you might find what you are looking for.
I don't have good luck with links but I did see some that I think would work there.
