I had not used my Silhouette Cameo for a long time, and I just got around to doing the update. Now I cannot find my downloaded items (the ones that came with the machine are still there). I also bought several new items and downloaded them and they are not there--even though the money was taken from my account. Do any of you have any idea where I can look for them? Thanks a bunch!

I've read of a lot of issues with that update. I understand that some people are reversing the update (somehow) and reinstalling the earlier version. I don't intend to update as yet!

Crud--I just updated yesterday. I haven't cut anything yet. Hopefully all goes well!
As for the downloads, I've noticed that they don't always download automatically for me. In one of the dropdown menus in the upper left corner of the window, there is something that says "download pending orders" or something like that. If you click on that, you will start the download.
If none of that works, it could be that the files are downloading to your computer, but you are saving them in a different place than the current version. Do you still have the older version on your computer? They may be going there. I had that problem when I kept two versions of the software on my computer. So now I just say a little prayer and do the update, erasing the older version.

How do you revert back??? I accidentally did the update and I HATE it!!! Tell me how to go back and I'm there!!! According to Silhouette, you'll need to uninstall the current version and reinstall one of the versions on the legacy page.
FAQ Legacy versions
I'd export your library before you uninstall, just so you've got it saved somewhere local and can import it again if necessary.
