I was scrapping last night, and realized that I reach for mainly the same stuff over and over. Maybe because it's the easiest stuff to use. Maybe because I'm comfortable with it.
And then I started thinking of all the things I neglect:
Doilies. Though I have no less than 12 packs, of various sized and colors.
Baker's twine. Though I have copious amounts in many colors.
Numerous dies. Because I am just too darn lazy to crank them through the die cutter. Though sometimes I do get a bug about me and diecut a ton of stuff all at once. Last night was not one of those times.
Inks in colors other than black.
Most of my stamps.
I'll add more as I think of them.

My Revolution die cutter (and the dies that go along with them). I keep them on top of a cabinet in our unfinished basement. I was down the basement yesterday doing laundry and happened to look up at it and noticed there is a spider web that is attached to the Revolution plate and a pipe above it! Upon closer inspection, there is a nice layer of dust all over it. I used to use it all the time but since getting the Cameo it is not used very often (obviously). How I could do this to my former love is beyond me! Other neglected items include: stamps, ribbon/trim, spray mists. I like all these things I just don't get them out very often.

I have had a WRMK fuse tool for over a year, and just last weekend got it out of the package to use. It's not all that great, but hopefully now that it is out I will try to use it more. I just recently was given a Big Kick, and I really like what it can do. I didn't realize how expensive the dies would be though. I'm not sure a person could ever get the full value out of metal die.

I have embossing stuff that I've never used because I think embossing gets lost in a page protector and all my albums these past couple of years have had page protectors.

I should definitely be using my Silhouette Cameo more often. There is so much I could be doing with it, but I just don't. I don't really enjoy doing titles and I guess I view it as a tool for making titles. I've seen people do some cutting in batches and it looks great but I always wonder if I'll use those pieces if I try it.
I have a drawer full of border punches that I don't use very often. I should pull one or two out today.

I should pull one or two out today. I have been rediscovering my border punches recently. I like punching a little bit of trim from vellum or adding a fancy edge at the bottom of a tag. I rarely use them on the actual edges of my paper. I would say that my stamps are the most neglected thing I have. While I like a lot of the images, they so rarely seem to go with my layouts.

Good question! For me, it is washi tape and stamps for sure. A good reminder to dig deep more often

My Cricut for sure. It just seems like a hassle to set it up and hook the computer to it. My mixed media supplies. My embossing folders.

My most neglected tool at the moment is my Minc machine. Must spend a day just playing with out and testing things out again. In terms of other stuff, I don't really use buttons and ribbon on cards/layouts any more. Might need to pull out a few buttons but I think the ribbon is probably only going to get used for packaging stuff!

I neglect buttons, flowers, and ribbon. The flowers take up a lot of space. I should get rid of them.
I go in streaks with my Cricut. Right now, it's under my desk!

I bought a cricut two years ago (used) and a bunch of cartridges and never used it. I am going to donate it to dgs's school. I don't have any place to set it up and use it.

Buttons, rubons, ribbon and chipboard.
Flowers were seriously unloved but I've been making a conscious effort to include them on at least some of my pages lately.

I have embossing stuff that I've never used LOL, I forgot to remember that I'm neglecting my heat embossing stuff too. It was last used somewhere around 2008, on a card. I don't think it's ever been used on a layout. But I refuse to get rid of it. I have, probably, 10 that I neglect often. I should use them more. I love the texture they add.

Ribbon, bare chipboard, eyelets, flowers, my stamps, and the stamp extras (embossing powder, gilding flakes, mica powders, flock).

A few things that come to mind off the top of my head... - my WRMK cinch. I've used it a few times over the years but not on anything near a regular basis. It's so...bulky. - a Crop-a-dile that I bought back in February or March and still haven't removed from the packaging - stamps - 3 or 4 unused 7Gypsies printer's trays that were so popular years ago. I've used several and don't know what to do with the rest of them!

Definitely stamps because I'm afraid to stamp direct to a layout and ruin it (which makes me think I need some sort of stamp positioner). Embossing folders are another neglected tool but I love the look of them. Note to self...put some on yr desk maybe you will use them! Mists, sprays and paints. They are another easy way for me to Mess up a perfectly good layout.
I like threads like this because it gets me thinking and then I feel Inspired to try and incorporate some of these goodies into my next few layouts or cards.

I used to neglect my stamps and redid my whole scrap space to make my stamps easier to find and use, so now they're some of my favorite supplies. What I NEVER use are those little metal embossing templates you use with a stylus, and I rarely use my dies, embossing folders or punches, because I have no storage that makes them easy to get to and easy to think of. I have to have a really specific need to think of them and get them out. My Cameo though, rarely sees a day without love.

I neglected my cricut forever (maybe used it 10 times totally), finally went to use it one day and it was dead. Now, I want to use that cricut more than ever! I also neglect my cuttlebug

My Silhouette. Sometimes doing too much digital makes scrapping less fun -- I should really just use it and shake things up.
Most of my stamps. I love stamps and stamping but I go through waves where stamping sounds like a pain in the butt.

Everything!
Truthfully I need to do a major purge. I have a room jam-packed full of stuff but hardly any mojo, about the only thing that keeps me scrapping at all at the moment is my monthly crop. I'm sure that having too much stuff is part of the problem, but I can never find the energy to purge as I should. I also feel like even though I don't use it much, I still love the majority of my stash, and would use it if I had my mojo back. Catch-22.
I can't wait until I can retire and I swear I'd be in there every day! Unfortunately that is a looong time away.
