She stated that it might be on line bullying. Heard her say it with my own ears. If she left out the "on line" part, she could start with Donald.

Education maybe? Since she has a degree from a school in Slovenia. Oh wait, no she lied about that. Maybe she meant she got a degree from the Slovenian satellite location of Trump University?
I doubt (hope) that she won't be first lady. If she is I have NO idea what her cause would be.

She has worked with Love Our Children, USA so perhaps her cause would be something to do with child abuse or neglect awareness/prevention

I find Donald Trump, completely & totally deplorable. Like epically disgusting.
But I can't go down the road of jumping on her. Even though I think Trump is a bully on steroids, if Melania chooses that as her cause (& trust me, I hope beyond hope that won't happen), then I would truly support her.
Is it tone-deaf at the moment? Oh, hell yeah. But I like to give family members a little more of a pass. Especially those who are reluctant to be in politics, as Melania & Michelle Obama have stated.

At least the same people who made fun of the current First Lady's looks won't be concerned for obvious reasons. 😒😒

Wow, Anderson could you ask any more softball questions! So far... I'm losing a little respect for Anderson.

She has stated it will be social media and the issues with young people. So I would venture to say online bullying is right in that line of thinking.

I honestly believe it's an antiquated tradition. I do not believe it's the first ladies job or first gentleman's job to have any cause. I guess they are stuck doing something because of all the security, it would be hard to hold down a real job. I'd hate to be constantly on the go dealing with all the functions of the presidency and then organizing a cause and finding the right people to organize everything. I'm sure by that point, they are used to the spotlight. One thing that will be hilarious; Bill Clinton in charge of decorating The White House for Christmas! I know there's all kinds of committees, but the First Ladies have a big role. Oh, and the China? Who's picking the China!? Only seems fair it's Bill's turn. Doesn't the first lady get some say in decorating the personal quarters?
