We watched tonight. As soon as the immunity challenge was over DH said, "CeCe is going home" I was hoping that David wouldn't use his NEW immunity idol to save someone else. He needs to save it for himself!
I was happy for the girl that started fire for her team and then killed it in the immunity challenge! She did so good! She carried her tribe to victory! I'm thinking she should come back home and try out for the WNBA!
I saw the previews after the show for next week and it shows Figgy and Taylor telling everyone they are together. I told DH that their "secret" wouldn't last long. Them making eyes at each other made me wanna barf! LOL

I was annoyed that Figgy and Taylor lucked out and still got on the same tribe at first. But yeah, they obviously can't keep it a secret for long and I hope it implodes them. Dave finding another idol Michaela is a BEAST. She rocks in competitions AND started the fire! I love Ken and Dave has grown on me but I didn't think I would root for any of the younger ones, but after seeing how much heart and endurance Michaela has, I wouldn't mind seeing her win.

We have Michaela and David in the pool ~ we're pulling for them or Ken to win. She was a beast tonight! I totally understand her getting pissed at having to start all over on a new beach. I was also worried that David left his idol at the old camp! Ken is being more social with his new tribe which is critical for his game! I also cannot stand Michelle.

If Ken is this good looking on survivor imagine what he looks like off survivor. Jen Lol...you never know. Sometimes at the reunion I look at some of the contestants and think they looked better on the island! Ken's a model though, I'm sure he looks good in all settings. I was surprised we didn't see more aftermath from last week's voting. We saw David apologizing to the tribe and we saw Jess apologizing and making a tight bond with Ken, but we never saw her getting upset with the rest of the tribe--the ones she's trusted all along and thought she was in an alliance with. I thought that was strage. The mix-up is interesting, but it's always hard when tribe already has the advantage in numbers. They tend to get the advantage on all or most of the new tribes and it's really no fun when they just stick to original tribe lines and pick off the other tribe. Of course that didn't happen in the one tribe when the Gen Xers actually had the advantage. I understand why it didn't happen and maybe the other tribes and if they have to go to TC will realize THEY don't have to necessarily stick with their original tribe. I mean really why? Just because you started out with these people, if you didn't bond with them, don't trust them, are on the bottom of that tribe, why not make some new friends? I think getting ready of CC made sense. She really stinks something awful at the challenges (not that Dave is much better--that performance with trying to get the buoy on the dock and in the basket was kind of pathetic). But Michelle is dangerous. She lobbied to get David out. She's in tight with the top dogs of the Millennials. I really think she needs to go. I loved watching Ken and Adam bond on their new tribe. I hope Adam goes with Ken and doesn't stick with the the Millenials. Like you guys, I love Michaela and loved her getting that fire started. I'm kind of disappointed how the Gen Xers are coming across on that tribe--very ineffective. I also love that Michaela is so transparent with her feelings. I mean that's not really a good thing when you're on Survivor, but it's fun to watch when you're a viewer. Her look of disgust and the DAGGERS she was staring at Jeff when she got on that new tribe--too funny! Her little breakdown after she started the fire and her talk about how she needed to win and the issues with her family really endeared her even more to me. Plus, I agree, she was a beast at that challenge--MVP for the new tribe! A few of the Gen Xers struggled with this challenge though. Sunday couldn't get a buoy and had to pass on her turn. Who else wasn't able to get a buoy? And then David and CC's pathetic swimming and returning with their buoys--yikes! The two Millenial top dogs did VERY well, but thanks to Ken and Michaela's shooting, they got the immunity. Next week's challenge looks entertaining. Those blindfolded challenges though really end up looking painful. Plus it looks like there are some injuries or other medical issues. And Hannah with her "please don't let me die", I wonder what THAT'S all about?? Okay, here's Dalton's recap (and you also can get to his Q&A with Jeff at the end of it. I haven't read either yet, but I'm going to do that now.

I agree with everything you said above Jackie I am really liking Michaela more and more each episode. So far I have to say my two favorites are Joe and Michaela. She is an incredible athlete and really helped her team in this challenge, and it's been that way in every challenge. I respect her work ethic immensely, she doesn't give up. We saw that last night when everyone else had given up trying to start the fire and she decided to give it a go. I respect people who are like that-I think it says a lot about their character. Then she said something on camera about working hard so she could afford college, and then working hard so she could pay her student loans off. Kudos to her. I wouldn't mind seeing her win at all. Ken is still a favorite and he does well in the challenges too-always helping out his team. I think the decision to get rid of Cece was the right choice. She has really struggled in the challenges (each and every time I think), and when you are still on teams it's vitally important to get rid of those players who don't help keep you from going to immunity (oh crap I can't believe I forgot what it's called-having a brain freeze here) -where you vote people out. When you're divided into 3 teams I think this is very important because there are fewer players and it really impacts which team ends up losing. Keeping your strongest players (in challenges-both puzzle and athletic) makes sense to me. Once the first team switch up happens I agree with Jackie. To me it never made sense to stay 100% true to the original team you started out with vs. doing the above. I think David does struggle with physical challenges (and he really had a bad time of it last night)-but you know, that ball rolling off the platform when he hit it with his knee-that could happen to almost anyone. I'm a fish in the water, but I'm clumsy and a klutz. I could see that happening to me very easily. Plus David is great at puzzles, so he does offer some benefit when it comes to the challenges vs. Cece who didn't seem to offer any. I do like David and I was very happy for him when he found the new immunity idol-I was cheering at that point. I was also really hoping he didn't waste it by giving it to someone else last night at tribal (ha! there's that word!), and I think keeping it for himself was the right decision. When it came time for the tribe to "drop your buffs" I was very much hoping Figgy and Taylor wouldn't get on the same tribe, but they did. Yuk! On the other hand, I knew last night those two couldn't keep the secret for any length of time and in the previews it shows they come clean to the rest of the tribe. Here's the thing-Adam hates Figgy. He's been trying to get her out for a long time. Now that Adam and Ken seem to be getting friendly, I can see (oh I do hope this happens) Adam suggesting to Ken (and whoever else is on that tribe-is it Jessica?) that they vote Figgy out to break up that power couple. Figgy is better than Jessica at challenges (physically) but this is the kind of thing where you have a very good reason to get rid of someone other than base your decision on how well they can keep your tribe winning. So I was very happy to see Adam get on the same team with Figgy and Taylor (if they have to be together). This might be the perfect time to break up that couple. Oh, and Hannah in the previews with her "please don't let me die"? Oh my gosh! I said to DS at the time, "if she's able to talk like that she probably isn't in that much danger. Remember that guy last season that got med evac'd out and wasn't even conscious". I'm thinking she's probably overacting. Still, reason dictates she really could have a serious injury and be conscious, but she didn't seem to be in that much pain-where there is a possibility of her dying I mean. Still can't stand her although I do hope for her sake she isn't injured to badly.

Another good episode with a good challenge!
I can't remember the last time we saw the tribes go from 2 to 3 and did feel a little bad for the one that had to start over building a shelter. I was honestly shocked at how useless Bret was and realize he must have been just a worker for Paul & Chris. Thank goodness Michaela, Jay and Will were there to get things done. Michaela is a true, determined beast! Her only weakness is wearing her emotions on her sleeve which is why Figgy doesn't like her and Michelle was able to manipulate her at the Millennials first tribal. I'm hoping Michaela finds an idol at the new camp.
I am thrilled Figgy & Tayes are on the same tribe as Adam. He isn't in their alliance and committed the "crime" of writing down Figgy's name already. She was smart enough to try back off the canoodling, but she is assuming Adam will stay with them. Taylor, honestly, seems dumb as a rock. My only worry is this tribe won't lose a challenge before they merge. I predict Figgy will be gone first if they do end up at tribal and I really, really, really hope it happens.
I really laughed at how quickly David threw out CeCe's name when Chris asked him if he thought the smart thing was to get rid of Michelle or Zeke. I do think the right move was to get either CeCe or David out and David provides way more enterainment value so I'm glad he is staying. It was kind of cool the way Chris & Zeke bonded.
I'm not a huge fan of the blindfold challenges - someone always seems to get injured.

Finally got the chance to watch last night. I don't have anything to add to the great comments above. Just need to vocalize my Ken-crush - dang, that is a good-looking man!
