I ordered a mini album fro them 10 days ago and in my acct it says order completed but has not shipped yet. Has anyone ordered from them? Did you have a good or bad experience?

I ordered something from them last year. When I got it (can't remember how long it took) it was the wrong album. I contacted them and the owner was super-apologetic and shipped out the right one the next day. I also believe I got an email response really quick too. She also told me to keep the wrong order, so I have no complaints. I would have been happy to return the other album since it was $$, but she said it was their fault and to please keep it.
Maybe email and ask them for a tracking number.

They are a small mom and pop type shop that travels (or used to travel) to the CKC conventions. I think there are less than 5 people that work there.
I love their projects and their customer service is very nice. I think due to their small size they can be delayed, but nothing to long.

Well, I got my order but it was the wrong album kit. I just Emailed her again. Let's see how this turns out.

I've ordered twice. I don't recall getting a shipping notice either time - just an email saying my order was complete. The first time they subbed out a different color of album. The description said yellow, but I received red. I was disappointed by that, but I didn't complain about it.

I use to do a lot of her kits. They can be cute. They just got real repetitious so I lost interest.
