I can't explain why. I don't know why. My dh is working in Indy and I won't see him for another week and a half. I had a great day at work and still came home and started feeling anxious and sad. I hate this feeling. I am normally a very happy person but when I feel anxious it is extremely overwhelming.
Nothing specific needed here...I just wanted to express my pity party. I will be much better come morning. I get to sleep with both dogs in bed with me tonight since my son is working late. I get his dog and my dog both. It is going to be a crowded bed but so worth it!

You might just be tired at the end of a long week. Hope you settle down.

Thinking of you tonight. Sometimes when everyone is gone and there isn't anyone to talk to (the dogs do listen, but cannot respond ), it can be difficult to "settle down". Enjoy your crowded bed tonight.

I hate that feeling. Try to occupy your mind with something. Watch something on Netflix and try to relax. It's going to be ok.

When I feel anxious or stressed, I'm usually worrying about something that might happen in the future. I try to do something which keeps me really focussed on the now - for me it's scrapbooking or card making. Also puzzles, or just losing myself in a book. Hope you get a good night's sleep and the anxiety goes away!

I know that feeling well. It's especially annoying after you've had a good day. You have my sympathy.
The only thing that really works for me is to totally change what I'm doing at the moment. Hope you feel better soon!

My anxiety usually comes on after I've had a great day...I think "oh shit, I'm too happy, something bad is gonna happen to ruin it." It sucks that's for sure.

Anxiety doesn't need a reason. It doesn't need an invitation. It doesn't leave when you ask. It doesn't care that you're a capable, sensible woman.
It just is. And it sucks. I'm sorry.
It will get better.

I felt that way this whole week. So frustrating and distracting. I hope you have relief soon.
