I love a good stripe or polka dot. So versatile to use. I struggle with anything that is a really large scale pattern. What are your favorite go-to patterned papers?

Good question!
I love subtle patterns: swirls or chevrons or crosshatch, or circles and clocks are some of my favorites. For winter pages I love a snowflake pattern. For a more dynamic design, I love plaids, polka dots, diagonal stripes. I like to cut strips of pp with specific images like cars or arrows or trains for my little boy pages; or dolls or clothing or books or baking images for the girls.
I am drawn to some of the papers with large focal points, but I have trouble using them. The ones with a flower--or other type of cluster--in the bottom left or right corner are the easiest for me. I sometimes use two or more of the same paper, and then build a kind of paper tolle type of design by fussy cutting, distressing, and layering. Or I might just keep one layer, but use an exacto knife to slit the edge of the focal image to slip a corner of my photo under it.

I love florals, stripes, clouds (where appropriate) and I still really like chevron. I love patterned paper so I usually use a few different patterns on every page.

I usually use a variety of patterns and try to use things with different scale prints. I also like subtle patterns for backgrounds - as a change from white which is what I normally use.

I can make just about any small scale pattern work.
I especially like small dots. I like to add a drop of diamond Stickles on each dot, giving a little sparkle without the shedding of glitter paper.

I love polka dots. Polka dots in a pattern- not random polka dots, though. I also like a smaller scale florals, graph paper, and stripes.

I haven't met very many patterns I haven't liked. Normally, it's the colors that really attract me to one paper over another, not the pattern. My favorites are a wide-spaced dot or repeated circle and a diagonal stripe.

Florals, brocades, stripes, paisleys (they are out of style right now but I used to love them), dots, gingham. I like a lot of Simple Stories lines because I can cut them up and not feel guilty. I have a problem with cutting into pretty paper.

I love pretty much all nature-inspired patterns - delicate florals, seashells, fruits, etc. I'm also drawn to map patterns but have trouble figuring out how to use them. I'm not a fan of paisleys or really any heavy, elaborate patterns (like damask).
Fun question!

Never met a plaid I couldn't use. My second favorite is a small- to medium-size polka dot.
I have lots of flower patterns, but for some reason I never reach for them.

I like anything that isn't girlie. I often will have 3-5 patterns per page.

I prefer the classics - stripe, plaid, chevron, herringbone, etc. - & small scale patterns in usable color palettes.

I still love a good woodgrain, preferably something in mid to dark tones for backgrounds when I'm not using white cardstock. I love smaller scale patterns for layering, especially polka dots, stripes/chevrons, florals, and maps. I really struggle with the super themed papers other than maps.

I love polka dots. Polka dots in a pattern- not random polka dots, though. I also like a smaller scale florals, graph paper, and stripes. I'm the opposite...I love random polka dots. But I tend to love irregular/random type patterns anyway. Florals are usually good for that. I also tend to go with big and bold and bright colors. But I also like graph and ledger prints to balance out all the big and bold.

Polka dots, wood grain, plaid, gingham, and any tone on tone small print. I love mixing up patterned papers.

Small prints, stripes, dots in subtle colors, plaids where they fit. I avoid large dots or stripes and the large motifs because I just can't figure out how to work with them.

Ledger for when I want to write a bunch on a layout.
Anything that works well as a background. Yesterday I picked up a 25 pack of paper at Tuesday Morning with tiny muted triangles all over it...perfect for a background.
I LOVE anything that can be used as a cut apart for layouts. Cameras in particular. I scrapbook in bulk(for family), so it really helps with embellishments.
I love paper...

I usually use a variety of patterns and try to use things with different scale prints. I also like subtle patterns for for backgrounds. Me too. Although I admit to multi-colored stripes being the pp that I struggle with. I even threw out most of my obnoxious stripes several years ago.

I rarely buy this on purpose, but it pops up in kit clubs and side B papers and I always end up using it and loving it, much to my surprise.

I love all patterned paper according to my stash . Ha ha. I am always drawn to floral patterns. Pop a flower on a paper and I am sold! Some of my current faves are ones that have birds on them-the pink paper from the Gather collection with the birds on it is just gorgeous and I want to use it all of the time.
