Yes, I have one. I bought it to strengthen my core. I had back surgery 3 years ago & was hoping this would help. They make it look sssooo easy.
I have hardwood floors. This doesn't work too well on my area rug & even harder to work on the bedroom carpet. Might just be me, wasn't thrilled with it. It was torqueing my back as well as irritating my knees. It's standing up in my closest colleting dust.
I'm actually getting better results from my Tony Little Gazelle that we paid $5 for.

I think you'd get more use from a Bosu ball, and probably less damage to your floors.

It's recommended to use with a small area rug so it doesn't damage your floors. Like anything new, it takes practice. I have one and bought one for my daughter. We like them, but we obviously can't use them as well as shown on tv!!!

I'm thinking of getting this for my ds11, he needs core strengthening. This could be one more tool in the toolbox. I've read pros and cons on reviews from amazon.
